I started training with Zack back in January where we went over the basics along with focusing on my process when it comes to workouts and nutrition. He gives you feedback incrementally where it's easy to incorporate in your daily routine. I'm always on the go with my work where it's difficult to have consistent structure where training here has helped me learn how to develop a mindset to adapt to those changes along with establishing a system that best works for me. From the very beginning, Amanda took the time to understand my unique needs and tailored each session to ensure both my baby's and my well-being. Being higher risk for certain viruses, I appreciated her diligence in sanitizing all equipment before each use. She also taught me how to safely get up and emphasized avoiding certain core exercises to protect against abdominal muscle tearing. She taught me which core exercises were helpful and safe, and guided me on modified weight training for upper and lower body that kept me strong and healthy. Throughout my pregnancy, at every test with doctors, the baby and myself measured normal and healthy and I attribute a great deal of it to Amanda's care in my physical well being.

I will say - you have to trust the process and do your homework, but it works and it's worth it. Thomas was kind, listened, pushed me but was cautious, and continued to encourage me to push myself. They don't pressure you into more than you need, easy to book appointments, made it super easy with my insurance - they're great. It wasn't packed most of the times I went (there's a gym attached) - and even when it was busier we easily worked through our exercises and everyone was super supportive.“

“This place is great. Have been training here for the past few months. Started off training in the facility then during the covid shut down trained via zoom. Can't say enough about this place. I've been weight lifting for years and using the StrongLifts 5x5 program. I could never break through my plateaus so I thought I would give personal training a shot. George came highly recommended by a friend and I can see why. He brings a very evidence based approach to training. I am an Orthopaedic surgeon by training and treat musculoskeletal problems for a living but George's understanding of exercise science and fitness is on a different level. I've broken through my personal records in terms of weight and have put on a significant amount of muscle in a few months. I also really appreciate his professionalism and caring for the safety of his clients and facility during covid. We trained via FaceTime and it worked out very well. Now that he's open he takes health and safety very seriously and is going above and beyond in terms of covid precautions and making sure his clients get a safe and clean experience. “I've been attending this training center for the past three weeks, and it's been a great experience. The small group setting provides accountability, which has helped me stay committed. Even though drive to fitness center takes me 30+ minutes sometimes after work hour due to traffic, individualized attention makes it worth it. With the smaller class size, I receive personalized guidance on proper exercise form, which has really helped me build a consistent exercise habit. The staff are incredibly friendly, and it's nice to work out alongside others my age.
