Then, they helped resolve an issue that started 2-3 days ago where programs would crash and I would get a BSOD (blue screen of death). They resolved the problem quickly and professionally under their warranty. Also wanted to point out that they did not cause the original issue, it was likely caused by buggy software updates.

“Fantastic experience with this Apple certified electronics/repair shop. My 4 month old macbook pro's logic board short circuited and smelled burnt. I meant to take it to the apple store but accidentally made an appointment with this shop instead. I was pleasantly surprised with how much better the experience here was. The Apple stores (at least in LA) are crowded, overwhelming, and slow. But I trust them with my electronics. The thing is it always takes AT LEAST 1.5 week+ to get my electronics back since they have to ship out to their repair location. Pacific Premier Services gets parts shipped to them and they do everything in house so I got my laptop back in 48 HOURS (a day earlier than they'd originally estimated). I'm a happy camper. Service was awesome and the guy working there is very nice and humble. I was nervous at first, but I'm realizing I prefer supporting local small businesses like these that are so obviously great at what they do and very cut to the chase. Thanks again :)“
