“Gio, Marco and all of their team members are absolutely incredible!I had a leak underneath my bathtub due to an old drain. I got it fixed once before but the issue came back, so I decided it was time to rip the bath rub out and install something new. I reached out to a bunch of contractors in the Palm Springs area and got people over to provide me with quotes. Turns out some did not have proper licenses (yet advertise they do), some quoted me for labor but wanted me to go buy all the parts and tiles, some showed up an hour late etc. Gio made a perfect impression. He communicated well about his ETA, talked me through the process and provided me with a rough estimate. Later that evening, he sent me a quote via email with the breakdown and I also got to select the tile at that point. Gio had also renovated bathrooms in a few other condos in my HOA, which definitely gave me even more confidence. I paid the down-payment and Marco showed up a few days later with his workers. They put down paper and plastic everywhere to try and keep my place as clean and dust free as possible. They ripped out the bathroom in one day. Then the plumber came to redo plumbing. He rebuilt the pipes and drain, which was definitely needed. They then left water standing in the drain during the weekend to make sure it wouldn't leak (it didn't). Then the tilers took about 3 days doing the sides and floor. On the final day, the plumber came back to install the fixtures and sliding door. Start to finish, the labor took a week. The workers always showed up within the hour that they said they would. Gio and Marco were super available via call and text when needed. And everyone was super friendly. I can't thank them enough for the amazing job they did.“
