“REROUTING OF DOWNSPOUT. In our 60+-year-old house the water no longer flowed from our gutter properly but flooded an area within our carport. We rigged a makeshift way to carry it off, but this meant going out every time it rained, to place a temporary discharge pipe.Miguel Lopez, who is both knowledgeable and friendly, came and quickly changed the direction of the runoff and effectively solved our problem. We can't afford too much aside from monthly maintenance and we did a backyard upgrade with lots of new shrubs, new path, and groundcover. I cannot say enough good things about them. John got back to me right away with very reasonable estimates. His workers show up as they are scheduled-- right on time. “I can not say enough good things about Vanessa and her amazing crew. I think there is a perfect backyard for everyone that expresses who you are. When there's two of you (like in a marriage) that can be a little more complicated. Vanessa, with her incredible knowledge of plants, gorgeous aesthetic and amazing intuition, was able to tease out that perfect garden and bring it to life. We are completely over the moon with the results. She has taken what was basically a dog bathroom (with some attempts over the years at landscaping) and turned it into paradise. Seriously. Everyday we can't wait to get out into the garden and just marvel. Even more amazing, the work experience was just great. The whole job took a half week less than originally quoted. The crew was friendly, incredibly hard working and careful, cleaning up at the end of each day. Everything with the budget was right on point .
