He was polite, personable, and even funny when he pointed out the error I made in attempting to fix my own issues prior to calling them. Chad, the owner, was very helpful and had some great ideas about the project for my backyard, which needed a total overhaul. He answered all of my MANY questions, sometimes more than once! “Rogers Landscape re-landscaped our front yard. The ground cover we had installed originally had died, and we wanted a different watering system. They removed the ground cover, installed sod in its place, upgraded plants, added a stepping stone path, and removed and replaced the old irrigation system. Andrew was very helpful with suggestions while also accepting my ideas. The crew was especially hard-working, exceptionally nice, and made changes whenever I asked. We couldn't have had a better experience. The entire project took 5 working days. We now love our front yard, and are happy to say grass and plants are happy and doing well! “Working with Dennis was effortless. He took care of prepping our backyard for concrete and he was very easy to work with. Very professional and skilled. I would highly recommend their services!“

“After many, many months of design and planning, we were introduced to Randy by our landscape designer. As originally planned, the project was well above our budget. Randy and the designer (Geoff Andrews) came over one evening, sat with my wife and I, and helped to find ways to make adjustments and cuts to the original scope to get the project within budget but also to where we would love the end result. We signed a contract that night and Randy got to work the following week. We were doing an entire backyard renovation including pouring all new concrete, removing changes in elevation, and adding an outdoor kitchen. Demo was FAST and if not for nonstop rain, we probably would have been done with the remodel sooner as well. Over the 6 months we worked with Randy, there were a few times where we discussed adjustments to our original plan that he felt incremental cost would drastically improve the quality of the end result and we are SO glad we listened to his advice. There were other times where he felt we had some unnecessary changes and where we could SAVE money. In the end, the additions weren't quite offset by the omissions, but the tradeoffs were well worth it. The end result is a masterpiece and we couldn't be happier. The team of Jordan, DJ, Jesus and all their staff have been awesome to work with. They were very responsive to all of our requests and had some great ideas to add in order to provide us with our dream backyard.

Jordan was our initial contact. He was very responsive, punctual and professional. He told us some things that they could do that others said could not be done. And they delivered. My wife was very impressed with his ideas. That evening, we decided we're going with this company.

They started about a week earlier than anticipated. We started working with DJ at this point along with Jesus and his crew. All the staff respected our property. They worked hard staying on track.

DJ kept us updated each step of the way and was on-site several times during the week if not almost daily to check in on progress and keep us updated on what was going on or what the next steps were.

At the completion of the project which included a mini remodel of our pool (tile change, new decking, etc), an outdoor fireplace, and outdoor kitchen, new patio cover, all new concrete patio and walkways, new plants, trees, irrigation, drainage and lights, we were ecstatic with the finished project. The estimate for the project was what we expected with no surprises. We did go slightly over budget but that was our fault for adding features as we progressed.

Overall, we are super happy with our backyard remodel project from beginning to end.“

“Our yard has drainage pipes that we're clogged up with tree roots, not knowing anyone I picked Bob Jacques out Yelp at random... Bob turned out to be a good choice, he came out to see us for quotes and ended up staying here for an hour or more power washing out the lines and running hose through to get idea where the clogs were and did not charge me for it! He gave me a quote and we booked him. Me Jacques looks a little rough, with long hair and tattooed arms, but then you'd probably expect someone in landscaping to look that way lol, but I could see in talking with him he was a straight shooter. He came out on the scheduled day, with his foreman and they repaired/replaced several feet of pipes and tee joints and repaired a couple sprinkler lines that I had cut in my failed attempts lol. He saved me a lot of money by showing me most of the problems were just cleaning out clogs and kept the replacement to a minimum! Where I had expected the whole line to be replaced.They finished the job in 5-6 hrs but only charged me the quoted 4 hrs.! The 20 Yr old line took some unusual turns from an obvious amateur installation which couldn't have been foreseen so it took longer to dig up. Mr Jacques did a good job and kept everything more than fair priced! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any landscaping work!“
