“Jack has significantly improved the overall quality of our home's curb appeal and outdoor living spaces and we're not done utilizing his services yet. You will not regret using his company for your landscaping and concrete needs. He's patient with our "one project at a time approach" but I have no doubt he could knock everything out all at once. Through the initial concrete and drainage work we first hired him for, we were drawn to his professionalism and quality of work so much that we continued to hire him for jobs as we planned them out. Along with his office manager and wife Aubrey, we've always had professional and responsive interactions with them concerning our various projects. “The turf man is the best. I would recommend them to anybody. There was an accident on my turf and there was six burn holes. They came out and fixed my turf and it looks better than before and they went above and beyond and did extra work that they did not need to. They were under budget and they were only here for an hour and a half I would recommend, the turf man if you’re looking for excellent turf that looks like the most real grass you could ever see a big shout out to Ben and Roberto and of course Ryan for setting this up. “When it came time to finally tackle the backyard landscaping, I reached out to Chris McKoy to come by for an estimate and to also hear his ideas on what we could do in our (very small) backyard space.My main concern was to find a way to prevent any possible flooding issues that may arise from a strong rainstorm, especially since our backyard is located at the end of a small hill. Chris also shared the same concern, and was super knowledgeable and provided excellent ideas on how to mitigate the potential flooding risk.I also wanted to incorporate a stamped concrete patio area, a strip of artificial turf with additional drainage underneath, and an elevated planter area with irrigation along the back fence. Chris offered the best suggestions and recommendations, and his estimate was very fair and competitive.Although the wait time was around three months (which was made abundantly clear at the time of the estimate and I was totally fine with it), the wait was definitely worth it. Chris and his team did a fantastic job with coordinating all the steps required to complete our backyard, and he did an excellent job communicating with me about his schedule and updated timelines. He was able to work with me to get the exact vision that I wanted for my backyard.In the end, Chris and his crew made sure that I was absolutely happy with everything. “New Generation Pool & Felipe are excellent. I saw the other reviewer give only one star; I have no idea what they are talking about. As far as contractors go, Felipe is one of the most responsive contractors I have ever hired. While he focuses on pools, he also does a lot more than that. I hired him to do concrete and landscaping work in my backyard and they have been extremely professional and easy to work with from the beginning. Felipe educated me on all the options. He is very fair with his prices. I talked to several contractors before Felipe, but knew right when I met him he was the right guy based on his knowledge and down to earth personality. They service our property which is shy of 1 acre once a week and have always done an excellent job with their staff of gardeners.Our property has changed over the years, from new trees/shrubs to hardscape and they've always been adaptable to our request. As our fruit trees and vines have matured over the years, I often prune them but leave the clippings on the ground. I know without hesitation that they will collect them while blowing and place them into our green waste bins.
