Awesome customer service! They explained everything clearly and never felt like we were being upsold. Also, they were very responsive and the crew worked through a little rain to get our job done in one day. The crew was also very helpful in explaining the process and answering any questions. Compared to other companies, Fenix is also very reasonably priced. The other quotes we received had significantly higher minimums and felt like a rip-off for our small yard (roughly 300 square feet). They responded quickly as well. Would highly recommend.

We had our artificial turf installed by this company and we are beyond happy. From start to finish they were very professional and answered all of my many questions. The estimator Jim was knowledgeable and gave us an estimate that was lower than 2 others that had also come out. Kimberly and Erica were both very helpful with scheduling and the contract process and the installers were fantastic. I can not say enough about this company and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good artificial turf company.
