“One Friday afternoon, desperate to find a granite top for a kitchen island in our new home, I call up John at Premier Granite and asked if he had the materials we were looking for. Not only did he, but he invited me to stop by his shop, where he was currently working, to show me a few samples.I arrived to find him hard at work, though he put everything down and kindly spent time with me to discuss stone types and options. I got covered in quartz dust, but happily so! We found a stone that would be perfect, and after discussing different pricing options, decided on a solution.What really struck me though was his ability to cut and install in less than five days time -- which meant I could actually get it done before moving into the new house! I wasn't expecting that at all, and felt that John really went above and beyond to help me out. But it wasn't a rush job by any means: the stone is absolutely beautiful and his work installing it was meticulous and without any flaw. My wife and I are very happy with the new island, and personally I am even more impressed by John's level of professionalism, care and responsiveness. “I can not even begin to say how unbelievably happy my husband and I are with the work that M.I.S. Construction has done for us. The company replaced my roof in in less than 4 days (this due to inspections with no issues of any kind). This included removing 1 large and 1 extra large skylights and replacing them with Solar Tubes. Painted my the outside of my whole house and replace a huge double door with a beautiful single door (had to build the frame for the new door as it was about 4" smaller than what was originally there).They replaced my 2 fences on both sides of my house including the retaining walls. So many of my neighbors have been shocked at how good the house is looking.Last, but so very important. Everyone of people who have come to my house have been so kind and just wonderful to work with and made this construction whirlwind so much less stressful for us. From the first day that Jeff Guillet arrived, I gave him a rough sketch of what I was looking for in a remodeled master bathroom. He gave me several ideas, places to look for materials and a verbal rough estimate. I have learned from previous home remodels that it is best to work as a team with the contractor. To help look for materials that I prefer as much as possible, before starting the construction. This facilitated for a smoother completion of the remodel. Jeff's communication was prompt and he arrived on time each day up to the finish line. I especially liked that Jeff communicated quickly and asked me questions as to my preferred look of changes at each step of the construction. My master bathroom was beautifully completed in about a month. I recommend him for most of your construction needs. By the way he went beyond remodeling my mater bathroom. He also repaired several of my doors, my front yard drip system and sliding door handle.“

“I purchased a new construction home and required an enormous amount of concrete work including: 1) adding a patio area to the front of the house for the inlaw unit, 2) increasing the width of the driveway (on both sides) so additional cars could be parked off the street, 3) adding concrete on both sides of the house to deal with a sloping decline into the back yard (one side has a ramp and the other has mid-century modern type steps), 4) building a huge level patio in the back of the house on an uneven and weirdly sloped topology. Telesis was amazing from my first call to their office to my request to address some baby cracks that occurred after the two pours were completed. They can work with you if you need help with developing the requirements or if you know what you want and just need someone to make it so. They are flexible and really listen to your requests and help you get what you want. The crew was incredible. I actually miss them. I worked with Aly and Salvador as my main contacts and they were patient, helpful and kept communication up during the course of the project and if there were going to be any delays or if I needed to move anything out of the way. They can make your concrete dreams come true, I will add some pictures once I get the safety fence installed.
