Foothill has excellent relationship with subcontractors and remained on top of the process at every turn. They worked hard to control costs and kept us informed on that front as well. We were initially reluctant to accept a cost-plus bid, but we're glad we did. It provided greater control and transparency and avoided the need for cumbersome change orders. Covid hit just as we were getting underway, and while the timeline got pushed back a little bit due to supply chain issues, it could have been a lot worse.“

“Great products, especially his engine treatment. I live in PR were we have high temperatures and stip mountain roads. I have use it on several of my cars. Since 1998 on my honda civic that still running and no parts on the motor have been replaced. On a Mitsubishi Outlander 2005 the oil pump quit on a long travel and no probles occurred on the motor, the pump was replaced and the car still running.“

“We used Navajo to install flooring and paint a bedroom. They're affiliated with Kindred Flooring in San Dimas. Workers were very prompt and arrived at 8am on the Monday of our scheduled flooring installation as previously specified. They were efficient and professional in their work and had the carpet removed and flooring installed by 12:30p the same day. The 2 man paint crew that came the following day were just as professional and efficient. Again, they arrived at 8am and were finished painting the bedroom at about 1:30p. The paint job was beautiful and even. Edges and corners were sharp, not runny, reflective of painters who really know what they're doing. We were very satisfied with the quality of service Navajo offered. Would definitely recommend to anybody in need of a general contractor.“
