The owners were upfront, informative , honest and friendly. They follow thru as scheduled from start to finish. The installer Kevin is great! The job was done on time as planned. Everything was picked up cleaned at the end of the job. great quality, looks super nice! Lighting recommendation was perfect! No need to shop anywhere else you won't beat the price on the product or installation. Thank you Payless patios!!

Debby and Russ were so great to work with answered all my questions and were on top of things. Kevin and his team showed up timely and were so knowledgeable, they finished up quick too his team and him really know what they're doing. Would definitely recommend

We are so happy we found Payless patio! We had our 16'x41' Alumawood patio cover installed yesterday and we could not be happier! We found Russ & Debby to be honest, nice people, they had by far the best pricing, and very responsive to our questions. Kevin & his team installed it, they were punctual, professional and it was visible to us that they are pros at what they do!
