“Arthur fantastic! A modern day MacGyver. I hired Arthur to install a 30-lb chandelier and 8 LED recessed lights. We ran into electrical issues with both. While these were out of scope of the project, Arthur was determined to complete the job and complete it correctly. He fixed the electrical issue with the chandelier, and replaced the housing / cans for the recessed lights. He even went to Home Depot with me to select them and asked the associates there to give me a discount as well. Arthur has redefined customer services. No matter how long it took, he was determined to get it done and get it done correctly and safely. He even pointed out risk areas to review later as well. He also had all the tools required on hand so there was no issue he wasn't prepared for. Finally, he was incredibly polite, and respectful of the home ensuring he was keeping the work areas clear of debris. I'll be hiring Arthur again soon! Did I mention he does plumbing, wood working, etc.!?!“

“Our experience with All City Plumbing and Air was Louie was so professional yet friendly. He initially came in for furnace tuneup. However, he showed me the current state of my hvac system which was allegedly changed by a previous contractor. Unfortunately, this was not the case and the systemwas leaking and since it had previously caused water damage we decided to rip it out. Louie showed us our options and we decided to do an entire rehaul including ducts. The next day he and the crew came out to start the job. “I highly recommend these guys. I had a slab leak and had to repipe the whole house. Among the bids I got, repipe pro was the best if you look closely at the parts and materials in the estimate. Don’t be fooled by the ones using generic brands. Also they were trained by the manufacturer for installation. In short, these guys are specialist. The plumbing team of five arrived early and waited outside until the exact appointment time. They worked fast and kept everything covered wall to wall. Five hours later it was all done and clean. You don’t even need to wipe or vacuum. The job passed city inspection easily. Thank you Art and the team.“

Zara, the office manager, was fantastic answering all my questions and concerns (and i had a lot of them...) as well as coordinating the inspection and patch work. Ultimately, I choose them to repipe and redrain my entire house. The crew was extremely hard working and efficient.
