“Our experience with All City Plumbing and Air was Louie was so professional yet friendly. He initially came in for furnace tuneup. However, he showed me the current state of my hvac system which was allegedly changed by a previous contractor. Unfortunately, this was not the case and the systemwas leaking and since it had previously caused water damage we decided to rip it out. Louie showed us our options and we decided to do an entire rehaul including ducts. The next day he and the crew came out to start the job. He responded immediately after I reached out, and they were able to come within a couple hours of my call on a weekend. The quote was actually lower than plumbing projects that I've done during regular weekday hours. “Arthur fantastic! A modern day MacGyver. I hired Arthur to install a 30-lb chandelier and 8 LED recessed lights. We ran into electrical issues with both. While these were out of scope of the project, Arthur was determined to complete the job and complete it correctly. He fixed the electrical issue with the chandelier, and replaced the housing / cans for the recessed lights. He even went to Home Depot with me to select them and asked the associates there to give me a discount as well. Arthur has redefined customer services. No matter how long it took, he was determined to get it done and get it done correctly and safely. He even pointed out risk areas to review later as well. He also had all the tools required on hand so there was no issue he wasn't prepared for. Finally, he was incredibly polite, and respectful of the home ensuring he was keeping the work areas clear of debris. I'll be hiring Arthur again soon! “I highly recommend these guys. I had a slab leak and had to repipe the whole house. Among the bids I got, repipe pro was the best if you look closely at the parts and materials in the estimate. Don’t be fooled by the ones using generic brands. Also they were trained by the manufacturer for installation. In short, these guys are specialist. “One of the absolute best contractors I have ever worked with. I called ISP after having an awful experience with the company that bought out my go-to plumber. The other company had quoted me $700+ for a job my old plumber had done in the past for $200. When I called ISP he asked me to text him photos of the new faucet and where it would be installed and he came back with a quote less than half what the other company had asked.
