Josh was a great person to work with and nice to talk to as well. I had a problem with my kitchen sink draining properly which also affected the condo unit below me. The HOA of my place sent Josh out to fix the issue. Seems like Josh was familiar with the place and the issues that we had been having here. On the first day, he tried to clear the clog with a snake and was unsuccessful. However, he said he would be back and would contact me to let me know when he would be back to fix the issue. A few days later I get a text and he is on his way to permanently fix the problem. He came back with an even bigger piece of equipment and after an hour or so was able to fix my drain!...read full review

SDS representative, Josh and his crew, have replaced our service panel and set up a separate panel for our downstairs apartment. They are currently rewiring one of our bedrooms and a bathroom. Their work is done on schedule and within budget. They have great ideas about the quality and placement of lighting. Originally, my neighbor across the street recommended them. I now recommend them to others.
