“I needed a new earthquake valve installed into my gas line. The only problem was that the gas meter was located in a cramped spot and the line branched into two separate lines into the house (3/4" and 1/2"), leaving no obvious location to place the valve. A couple different plumbers came by and gave me both a) outlandish quotes and b) confusing explanations about the work involved. Carlos from Flintridge Rooter came by and gave me a clear explanation about how he was going to solve the problem and also explained how he bills for his time, resulting in a reasonable, affordable estimate. Carlos performed the work quickly and the end result was a nicely organized line into my house, mediated by a brand new earthquake valve. He explained how everything worked and when he was done he even explained how maintenance of our tankless water heater worked. If you need plumbing help, Carlos is the best. “My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. “Wow, don't know where to start. We needed a rental house we have repiped. We had a quote from another company but they turned out to be a flake. They asked us to meet and 1 1/2 hours later they call and say they can't make it at this time can they reschedule. Well, I believe if my business is not good enough for them I will find someone else. I looked up on Yelp and found the Repipe Expert! Contacted them and was contacted by Ruben who was very nice, explained everything in detail and got us a quote very quickly. He was a little more expensive but definitely worth it. The holes that were made were professionally patched, the work was great and we are very pleased with his work. “Joe is super-responsive when you call. Our tankless hot water heater conked out & we needed hot waterright away as we had out of town guests staying at our house. Joe set up an appointment the next day, and sent Emil, his star technician. Emil & his co-worker showed up on time and installed the new heater in under 2 hours.While he was at our house, I mentioned to Emil that we were having problems with our kitchen disposal. Emil checked it out, and determined the unit was shot. He proposed replacing the unit with a new one, which he went out & bought & installed the same afternoon. “This is by far the best plumbing service locally here in La Canada, CA. Thry were thorough, efficient, clean and quite clear on what needed to be done for my sink drain and other issues. They went the extra mile in clearing out my clogged drain, fixed the leaks (several of them) and even corrected my poor attempt to install a new plunger and parts. They did more then what they said needed to be done, but did not charge me any extra for that. All in all, I will be recommending them to my friends and local co-workers. I could not have asked for or even expected better service.“
