“07/12/2024 To make a long story short(er) we were 3 days into Triple Digit heat without our AC, and it was getting unbearable. Did not think they would be able to make it out until the next Monday at the earliest (so no AC over the weekend) and yet we got a call on late morning Friday letting us know they were on the way. In the first five minutes of being here and talking to the Technician I felt so much better, and in fact that if something had to be ordered he would do what he could to get us through the weekend until a permanent fix could be done on our unit.
