Had a pretty bad bathtub faucet leak that I needed to address asap. I called Art Douglas Plumbing and asked for a technician who could help me out with a free estimate before the job was worked on.The technician I received was Dustin who came across very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt on his assessment of my issue. An estimate was given of which I deemed fair and the leak was quickly worked on.Just from my experience with Dustin, I would highly recommend Art Douglas Plumbing. Dustin was a very pleasant person to talk to and had no problems answering my questions concerning past and future plumbing related issues. Frank and all the staff were absolutely wonderful!! Everyone is so knowledgeable, understanding, and kind! By far the best company I have dealt with for plumbing. Wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars because they deserve it!

Technician arrived quickly and resolved my drain issue in a timely manner. Very professional and polite. Very satisfied. Will definitely call Art Douglas Plumbing if I have any other issues.
