Eddie came out because our garbage disposal wasn't working. He assisted in getting it working again and taught me how to fix it myself if the issue happens again. Very honest and courteous! I will definitely call him again next time I have a plumbing issue. Thank you!

I have a low water pressure issue in one of my bathrooms, and called a few plumbers to come give me their diagnosis. I have galvanized pipes in a 23-yr-old house, and the corrosion is causing blockages. Eddie came out to take a look, and was very honest in his conclusion that short of re-piping the house, low water pressure would continue to be an issue off and on as long as the corrosive material was breaking off and causing blockages in the pipes. Not what I wanted to hear, but he could have taken out the shower cartridge and replaced it, same with the sink, etc, and charged me a lot of money for “attempting” a fix he knew would not be permanent.
