“I had a skylight that was leaking. When I searched for a roofing contractor, Jose‘s name appeared over and over again. I kept reading about how people were surprised that the owner answered his own phone and came out the same day to inspect the job. This was the same experience we had. Jose answered, and we talked. He was at my house two hours later, he reviewed our options, and by noon the next day, the job was taken care of. Not only was the job done correctly, but Jose‘s knowledge and experience were extremely insightful and I have to say, the price was right. Our regular routine had always been to find at least three contractors and get bids. After meeting Jose, I didn’t talk to anybody else. I/we 100% recommend Jose to anybody looking for any roofing work.“

Whenever I call a receptionist usually picks up. If someone doesn't pick up my call immediately, I will receive a text message letting me know they will get back to me. Either Mr. Torres or his receptionist is prompt on getting in touch with me. One of the main reasons I continue to use Mr. Torres is his wealth of experience and knowledge in the Fresno and surrounding areas. He will know if there are particular regulations/ permits required in conjunction with the location of the property. I am able to pass along this information to my clients. He's extremely willing to work around my busy schedule to personally meet me on location. I very much appreciate that he takes his time to explain conditions of roofs to my clients. “We all hate dealing with contractors, roofers, plumbers, etc. But I will probably never go anywhere else for my roofing needs. Leticia was very responsive and gave straight and clear communication. She set up an appointment for the following day with Robert, who happens to be the owner. Despite the reviews, he showed up even earlier than quoted and fell in perfectly to my already hectic day. Robert was polite and patient as I was moving boxes around he waited and then went straight to inspecting the roof. He then came down, sent me pictures, identified the potential issue, and since he had the sealing tools handy, he said he'd do it in 5 minutes free of charge. This man took time out his day, climbed to my roof, and fixed it free of charge. Who does that?? If you guys don't book this company, y'all are doing yourselves a disfavor. This has got to be one of my best experiences anywhere. Especially during hectic times, I can't say how invaluable this experience was. I'm saving Robert's contact info and favoring it to keep it handy! Services was top-notch value.“
