I was shy and didn't have much confidence. This place welcomed me with open arms and even though I haven't been here very long, the coaches made it very comforting. I not only learned many physical skills and gained lots of exercise, I also learned life skills. It changed my mindset and the way I act completely for the better. I would say the discipline and my sense of decision making has improved increasingly. The coaches are amazing and are here to help you through every step of the way. “Both my kids go to this place for learning life skills. First my son started going here to Lil dragon program and at a time when he could not do any other classes inspite of our efforts at the age of 5. But teachers and program Herr is well paced and meant for all age group and even for young kids. My son started liking this program a lot.
