“I went here as the third optical store to get my daughter's eye exam for the third time. It was her first pair of glasses, and I wanted to ensure she got the proper measurement. As this was my first time getting glasses for my young daughter, I had many questions.

A young gentleman named Vy, who works at the optical store, helped answer every detail of my questions and explained all the important factors to consider when selecting frames for kids. Even after I left the store, I called a few days later to ask about the pupillary distance for her eyes. Despite being busy, Vy took the time to answer all my questions over the phone.

Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I've had in many years. They don't try to upsell like other optical stores and provide honest guidance to help you get the glasses within your budget. Even though I don't have insurance, I will continue to come here as long as Vy works there.“

“I would like to say a few key things about my visit with Doctor Duong & her staff. Professionalism, availability and expertise in eye-care is what they shine in!

I found them on Google and saw that they had mass amounts of 5-star reviews, I called in and was greeted by an invigorating young lady. It was very easy to book an appointment the following days, they took all my information over the phone, and simplified it when I came in.

The facility; When you walk in you're greeted with hundreds of glasses on display on both sides of the room, at the far-end you'll find the receptionist's desk where she will take your information and set you up. They have state of the art equipment for eye exams, and all other services they offer. The facility was extremely clean and spotless, it resembles a dealership showroom with a new car that's spotless, that's how clean it was!

The Doctor; Doctor Duong was easy going and spoke direct, no sugar coating, straight to the point. She has an inviting energy to her where she makes you feel at home, welcomed with a pleasant vibe. You're able to pick up her confidence and knowledge that she has based on the responses she gives you.

All-in-all the visit was great, I will definitely be coming back every year and also coming back with my wife, my eye feeling tremendously better after I did what she instructed me to do!“

“I never really like going to the eye doctor. My last doctor was adequate, but not personable. Dr. Choi is a sweet person and really cares about your health. She goes above and beyond to find out details about your eye Health, including looking for other associated pathologies, macular degeneration, making sure that you don't have future problems with cataracts, and she actually took care of my entire family during my visit. She was able to use some very fancy frames that I brought in to get me a custom prescription which included the ability to have transition, and I was even able to incorporate protective coatings. I feel stronger, younger and more confident in my new frames as a result of Dr. Choy's expertise. She and her team are very professional. If you're in Orange county and need an optometrist, this is a great office. south coast Plaza is right across from the office so if you need to wait on a prescription, you could really get into trouble with your family like I did. If you need eyeglasses, reading glasses, or sunglasses or even specialized contact lenses like the ones my wife had to order order for her stigmatism, they can help you. Thanks TEAM!!!“
