“My mom and I had a great experience at Visionworks. I had suspected pinkeye and they helped me diagnose it as allergies. A huge relief! They have neat technology and explained the entire process. Altogether, the staff was incredibly helpful. I might mistake their names but I believe my optometrist was named Dr. Nguyen and she was very welcoming. We were also helped by Ashley, Mike, and Nania (I can't remember her name exactly but she helped our check-in process). Huge thank you to the staff!“

“omg I don't wear glasses but the kids do, the staff here are super sweet and informative. While other locations nickel and dime for every other option such as coatings they include it in the price. The glasses they carry are Asian fit which is ideal for us with a less dominant nose bridge. They make the lenses in house so you can sometimes get the glasses the same day.“

I followed her to Lakewood when she opened her private practice even though it was far from Irvine. I now live in Pasadena, and I still make the drive all the way across LA to see her because she is just so wonderful.“

“I've been going to Dr. Uyeda since 1985. I recommended him to all my co-workers. They all agreed it's worth the drive where ever you live. One coworker drove from Long Beach just to see him. They were very satisfied. Another coworker said she couldn't believe he didn't try to sell her new glasses when she didn't need them. He is very honest, caring and knowledgeable. I recently went to see him for my yearly checkup, I didn't need new glasses. I asked him if he was going to retire soon, he said no. I was thrilled, I don't want to go anywhere else.“
