My wife and I even my Father whos in his 80s had a pleasant experience at the Fullerton store with Robert and His staff . Dr Pang was very nice and patient and they gave my father much dignity being he has some health issues and forgets so much. Service- Selection- Personal Interest is why we came back. There in a good spot to shop -eat- and make it more then just getting our eyes cared for I loved the pair the Girls helped me pick we went back and got another 2 pairs. Vision works Fullerton thanks for making our eye exam and picking kool glasses fun simple and easy. Robert and awesome staff thank you were truly happy with our visits there you made us feel like family!

I wanted to Thank Vanessa and Letty for helping my dad with his glasses after having a negative experience at a near by costco. Vanessa went above and beyond as well as letty. We went back and now purchased him another pair because of how well hes able to see! 100% recommend you visit them !! Great Buisness!

Visited this new location after Dr. Pang left her old practice and started this new practice late 2023. The storefront itself is very clean, spacious and modern. There are large display shelves with well organized glasses sorted by price and style. It was a little overwhelming but easy to navigate. Staff are very friendly, attentive, and explain options very well. During this visit, it seemed like Dr. Pang was bringing onboard second optometrist into the practice (Dr. Polak). Dr. Pang observed as Dr. Polak ran through the normal gamut of tests. Dr. Polak explained her recommendations clearly and straightforwardly. I'm not sure how well priced their glasses are compared to other providers, but they had styles I liked (smaller establishments don't often). Nate provided a detailed breakdown and made sure not to overcharge against insurance. Overall, very happy with the service at this practice. Looking forward to visiting again in a year.
