“My old counter depth fridge stopped cooling. Fridges can be tricky and they gave me clear options. Option 1 fast but might not hold and option 2 full leak check and repair. I chose the cheaper fast version. Fridge held for 2 weeks then failed. So we then moved to option 2 full repair. But at the first visit they told me they would credit 100% of option 1 to the full repair. This kind of repair pricing is rare these days. So they came back and did a full leak check (there were multiple leaks). I highly recommend them.“

Eagle Refrigeration had been chosen by the property manager to replace the heater. The heater installers (Franks and David) who work under owner Herman Escajadillo, were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and had quite pleasant demeanors. “our electric cooktop control module failed about five years after installation...the thermador repair guy came out first and quickly figured out that it needed a new control unit. the second time he brought a control unit, which was not the correct one for our cooktop...we pointed out the problem, which was that the part was simply for another version of the cooktop. he had noticed that the wiring didnt match on installation. he finally came back with a correct unit, and it finally works again. service was relatively slow, with about three months from the first check to final repair. and, its not cheap!! the repair guy was friendly and professional. Its hard to get thermador appliances fixed well by independents.. so, using the manufacturer does offer some advantages.“

“We were shopping for a gas range and Amy Vuu, the company Sales Consultant, was working with us throughout our selection process until we purchased the range. She was very responsive, helpful and patient with us. The only glitch was with selection of accessories which were not offered to us, but was resolved in time.“

Turned out, it was not a drain pump issue. The drain was clogged from a bunch of hair clumped together. Mike and his partner figured it out, removed it, and the washing machine worked fine after. We didn't have to pay for a new drain pump. So I cancelled the service technician from Samsung. It's been months since this happened and our washing machine still works fine. “These folks are great. We are in Quarantine at home with a broken/leaking water heater. It's frustrating! you start calling for service and nobody answer the phone due this coronavirus. I asked my sister if she knows somebody. She used Bay Air HVAC for a few of her needs and gave me their phone. I called them and the voice mail came on and said that they are closed, but leave the message and somebody will call back. So I did. A few minutes later I received a call back and I stated that I was referred. They said that were helping only to customers, but, they will book and come today later 2-4 pm. THEY CAME ON TIME and gave me and estimate with a senior discount and replaced the water heater within 3 hours. They saved me, my wife and 2 grandkids.
