When my mom and I visited the business yesterday, Miss Lena made us feel welcome, and the atmosphere was homey. We made an appointment for today since Chikako wasn't present when I requested a perm. I appreciate the owners' general warmth and how uncrowded it was. Miss Chikako outdid herself with the fantastic job she performed on my perm! I also noticed Miss Lena's work on another client today and am pleased to say her work is lovely as well! Overall, the experience was warm and inviting and I 100% would recommend getting your hair done here!! Thank you again! “

She was very consultative, gave me a few options, and then gave me a great haircut. The salon itself is really cute. My appt was at 3:30 and it was BUSY - I think every chair was taken. The only recommendation I would make is to be aware that the parking lot is small/shared with other businesses, so you might have to park on the street (S. Mission).“
