“I was researching curly friendly hair salons and came across the good reviews here so I figured I'd try it out, and I am so glad I did!The owner is so kind, friendly, and personable. We talked for a bit about my hair history so she knew what she was working with. I appreciate that she didn't go in blind or start chopping hair. She really took her time to carve each individual spiral to perfection. I didn't need a transformative cut or anything, so she took my existing style and made it tidy/professional (I had been doing it myself so it was a little messy) while adding bounce back in. She listened to me throughout the appointment and didn't add unnecessary products (my hair gets weighed down so easily and then the curls go poof). Also she was just fun to talk to!I paid $75 for my haircut which was extremely fair given her expertise in curly hair. I've paid more in the past for a worse haircut. Honestly I think she could charge more and it would still be worth it! It really is a skill to be able to work with curly hair.Make sure to get there a bit early to find parking. I had to call the salon and tell them I couldn't find anywhere to park but that I was on my way, and they were so kind and considerate. They didn't make me feel rushed or anything and tried to offer suggestions on where to try to find parking.Also, bring a bit of extra $$ for cute hair accessories! The owner has such cute taste and I wanted to buy half her stuff lol. I ended up getting something for myself, my mom, and my girlfriends.Overall 10/10 and I will be going back!!!“

After completing each girl’s hairstyle she checked with us to make sure it felt comfortable and that nothing was poking, and double checked that we liked it. She worked with all the different lengths and textures of hair of my bridesmaids and created a beautiful look for each one. All our hair styles looked amazing throughout the whole night and we got several compliments.
