They painted the fascia boards prior to installation He replaced the fascia and added gutters. He replaced six beams which sustained wood rotted. “OK, late review here, had our entire roof done 1 year ago. We had the added complication of removing solar panels and coordinating all that. Bill was 100% helpful and worked with us around our solar provider issues. He gave us recommendations on how to improve things for the roof and got some things resolved like moving vents and installing new vents. The work went quickly and Bill would keep us informed of what to expect. Everything has held up perfectly and I would say this job was done exactly right.They don't make'em like Bill any more. “Zenith Roofing completed a repair job on my house in July 2024, which included a leak following the big rain storms in March, dry rot, and 4 skylight replacements. “Alvarez Roofing was very responsive and gave a quick fair estimate. Other roofers do estimates using satellite photos. Alvarez father/son team came out to do an estimate in person. They did a detailed evaluation of my roof and answered all my questions. They sent a detailed estimate with their recommendations as well as optional add ons. I received 3 estimates from other companies but theirs was not only the cheapest, but also the most complete. Alvarez roofing worked with my solar contractor to schedule panel removal/replacement as well as with my plumber who was rerouting a tankless water heater exhaust pipe to the roof. Alvarez roofing even cleaned out some clogged gutters for me. I requested that end caps, vents, and flashings be painted to blend with my tiles and they did it without additional charge. They use quality materials and take pride in doing the job correctly. Christian took pictures to show me the completed project. Work was completed on time and they cleaned up every day. This was much appreciated as I was worried about possibly driving over roofing nails. I appreciated how responsive Christian was to my many questions and how he kept me informed of their progress and any potential problems they encountered. We had a lot of water damage due to leaks and termite rot. They were able to schedule and complete the job in a timely manner which was great due to the rainy season coming.
