James was able to come out and inspect my room for free. We had some water damage a few months ago caused by a heavy storm and there was still a weird smell in on of the bedrooms. He was able to advise me on what the next steps would be. Very thankful for his knowledge and help.
My room office and hallway floor got water damaged and my Homeowner's insurance company referred me to Rainbow Restoration. They removed the damaged wall, ceiling, and flooring last week with their professional and hard working employees Matt, Teresa, John and Kyle taking care of this. Kyle was particularly great as he came over Saturday and assessed the room dry and promptly removed all the equipment and thoroughly cleaned everything. I am greatly satisfied with this aspect of the process and will work with them to restore everything in its original condition. Thank you!
We had a tragic event with major water damage in our house. We looked up this mitigation company, and the reviews were favorable. Our experience far exceeded the reviews! Matt, the project manager was always reachable. He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. Kyle was a diamond in the rough Professional, easy to communicate with, and always cleaned up after himself. Had the experience of meeting with David the contractor to rebuild very professional easy to talk to! We would use the service again in a heartbeat!
