In the middle of the afternoon on New Year's Day, water overflowed the upstairs bathroom, causing the ceiling of the floor below to collapse and a torrent of water to gush out and flood the lower room. I called Roto-Rooter in an absolute panic, and Roto-Rotor had someone to my house within 30 minutes. They did a great job, staying late into the evening on New Year's Day until the mess was cleared up.
Stephen was perfect, nice guy and he made it clear he was there to fix the problem. He was skilled and flexible, done in minutes, and negotiable enough to make it happen. Great plumber.
Having plumbing issues on Christmas Day was not what we expected. Abraham was quick to respond, professional and even gave some advice. Thank you Abraham and sorry we took you away from your family holiday.
