“I love the customer service they provide. I called a few places in the area because one of my piercings fell out and I needed it replaced. I chose to go here based on how I was treated on the phone. When I got there, the girl was really helpful in going over what my options were for earrings , pricing etc. I didn’t have an appointment but I didn’t wait long. Overall, it was a great experience, everyone I met there was friendly and I’d definitely go back for future piercings I want to get.
