“Abante just finished a major repiping job at our 6 unit apartment building in Berkeley. They were neat, efficient and terrific craftsmen. They always left the water on at the end of the day so tenants were never without. They were practically dust free when opening plaster walls. They were diplomatic with the tenants. We worked with a T&M agreement and they came in right about where we had estimated. I don't hesitate to recommend them!“

“James and Jason from Pipe Spy did excellent work opening up our blocked 100 foot sewer lateral and then took a video to show the pipe was clear to the sewer main. They explained options for preventing tree roots from getting into the pipe in the future. I hope to use Pipe Spy for future plumbing work.<br>Pipe Spy personnel returned to replace a section of broken sewer pipe which had allowed tree roots to enter. They were careful to protect plants growing around the pipe and did excellent clean up. All in all we were very pleased with their people and the work they did.“

He not only fixed our leaky pipe in an incredibly quick time but installed our portable bidet for free. In addition, he even worked on installing an air gap for our dishwasher and replaced one of our cracked pipes for free. We paid a fair and reasonable price for all of these services and we're incredibly happy with all the repairs he did! “My old tankless water heater died about 14 months ago and Keith installed a new Navien replacement unit. Keith did a fantastic job, working within a very tight space and adjusting plumbing fittings to work within the constraints. Two months later, the water heater stopped working. Keith responded immediately and noted that a manufacturing issue had been discovered that resulted in many units with bad control boards. In order to process a warranty claim, Keith was supposed to diagnose our bad unit, send it in, and order a replacement. To save time, Keith ordered a replacement at his risk and replaced the control board the next day.Now, 14 months later and I wanted to perform annual maintenance to descale the unit. The procedure I used on my old water heater did not work and once again Keith responded promptly and suggested a possible solution. Worked first try!
