Fast, friendly, reliable.I've been using Renstrom for years. After buying a home, you get to be on a first name basis with some companies. For me, it's Chris. He excels at diagnosing over the phone, saving me a lot of $$$. For example, had them install a fancy motion sensor kitchen faucet. Six months later it stops working. Called Chris. "Did you change the batteries"? Ah, no, I thought it ran on magic dust.This time my garbage disposal stopped working. Chris asks if it makes any sound. If it does it's clogged, if not, it's over, time for a replacement. So next day Alexey shows up right on time with my new Badger Insinkerator. Renstrom installed a water line and gas line from my garage up to my roof deck. Chris responded to my request within a day and was at my house to scope the project. He came up with a solution that was several thousands of dollars less than what others quoted. His crew was very professional and did a great job with the installation and cleanup. Chris himself communicated with me by text the entire time. I will definitely use Renstrom for all future plumbing needs.
