To begin, I love her style artistically. She takes clear photos, that are vibrant and don't look filtered, so I believe they'll stand the test of time and not become unreasonably dated. She does a wonderful combination of candid and posed—which was exactly what I wanted for my wedding—to capture the real moments and also get romantic shots with my husband and posed group shots. She captured every detail of the setting, our attire, those attending, didn't ask my husband and I to pose in ways that were 'not us,' and even made ordinary gift bags on a table look incredible. I couldn't be happier with the photos themselves. She also created a mini-video of our wedding day, and just like the photos, it was wonderful, personal, and sweet. I love that she provided this option and thought it was a perfect way to get both photos and video for a very affordable price.

She went above and beyond. Vee invested in us ahead of the wedding during our engagement photos, chatting with us and figuring out how we were together, so that the wedding day was more natural. And she wasn't familiar with the venue I selected, but she traveled there ahead of time to scout it out. She found the most amazing place covered in twisted vines and blue hydrangeas just outside our venue for our beauty shots, and I hadn't even thought of it. She didn't need to do any of that preparation work at all, but she did, and her investment showed.

She is also kind and never pushy. I can be a little shy, but she was easy to talk to and so very nice. She also really respected my requests and didn't try to oversell me on things I wasn't comfortable with, which wasn't always my experience when I was originally talking to a variety of different photographers in the beginning. I both like and trust her as a person, not just as a an artistic photographer, and I think that's important when you're working with someone to capture such intimate and important moments in your life.

Additionally, I found her services exceedingly reasonably affordable, especially when you consider location, quality, delivery, the packages she offers (video + photos), travel, preparation work she did, how much personal attention you get as she works with you, editing, and the kind extras she threw in for us. She was also fast. I've never known a photographer who got edited photos back to me as quickly as she did! That shocked me.

I don't know the next time I'll need photos taken again, but I plan to work with her when I do. I couldn't have made a better choice than Vee to do our Photography.“
