“I'm currently in treatment for breast cancer, and as part of accepting that I'll need a mastectomy I opted to do a boudoir photoshoot to capture my body as it is right now. I was a little nervous and was feeling a bit of a complex mix of feelings about the whole thing, but as soon as I arrived for the shoot everything felt so warm, welcoming, and relaxed, and it was such a great experience. I brought my own outfits, but then Christina did an amazing job of adding accessories and planning out what would be good poses to do with each one. Everything felt so smooth and comfortable. I had already started chemo and lost my hair at this point, and I'd brought a wig to maybe use but we opted to shoot all the pictures without it and the whole process of taking these beautiful pictures with my bald head felt so empowering and a bit emotional.I just got access to the gallery of pictures and they're gorgeous, I'm so happy with how everything turned out! I plan to come back for another session after I'm fully healed from my surgery, to celebrate my new body.“

“Angie was an absolute PLEASURE to work with! She took our request to do a family photoshoot with our 2 dogs on short notice and accommodate the timing during the holiday season and our limitations. Although it's not always dealing with 2 dogs, let alone one of which is a puppy of 10 weeks old, even with the chaos and our nervousness, she was able to capture so many heart warming moments where all of our personalities shown through (to the point where we had trouble choosing the final images!). “A1 does excellent work! A1 made copies of pictures from a 1947 wedding album and several old family photos including ones needing restoration. The copies were amazing! A1 also were able to restore a digital photo of low resolution and the copy looks amazingly clear and detailed. I would highly recommend A1 photo and video Lab.“

We came in on a Monday afternoon, there was one other family here when we arrived and they were viewing their portraits.We worked with Jazz I belive was her name. She was there managing the front, photo viewing, and photographing the pictures all by herself! And she did very well at it too! She was EXTREMELY patient with our 3 year old who didn't want to take photos and our 6 month old who ended up a bit fussy near the mid-end of the session. She maintained a positive attitude and was very helpful in making our package selections.
