She walked me through all the exercises I had to do to get better and gave me my homework on what I had to do everyday .All in all my injury was gone in under a week . It was amazing . “I am getting results! Took classes at another studio and was not seeing changes in my muscle strength and endurance after a year of classes 5-6 times a month. “Danielle and her other instructors helped me to reconnect with my body after I stopped dancing for a few years. Now that I'm getting ready to have a baby in a few months, I've found her classes to be so empowering and helpful as I prep for labor. She explains things in a way that really help me to make that brain/muscle connection and her energy is completely infectious. If I could give 10 stars I would this studio is my happy place“

“I went here for my first reformers class and it was great! Thalia was super attentive to all members of the class and instructions were clear. Super positive atmosphere and I got a great workout in!! Got a full body workout and got to work on my balance and coordination. Definitely recommend and will be coming back“

“Today I attended my first (MDR) Total Body class at 7:15 AM with my instructor Dani London! I started my Pilate journey January 2nd of this year with MDR. I have truly enjoyed every class that I have attended! All of my instructors have been AMAZING! The front desk staff have all been very helpful and nice. I will definitely continue my monthly package of unlimited sessions! I love it here!“

“Powerhouse Pilates is an absolute treasure of a studio! The trainers are top notch and very personal, I mean extra good ! I started pilates to help heal some injuries a few years ago and I stayed because of the quality of the training. It has made me physically and mentally stronger! I look forward to going every week. The space super clean and bright and parking is free too. I would give it 100 stars.“

“Dr Orlando is a wonderful practitioner who brings an incredible degree of skill and compassion to his treatment protocols. I was diagnosed with CRPS several months ago, and after running the gamut of nerve blocks, medication and other treatments (more than can be mentioned in a short review), I found his practice. I was curious after reading his many good reviews and the Mayo Clinic study. Over the course of a two-weeks protocol, which I repeated twice, I experienced profound change. After the first session, I experienced ten minutes of my foot feeling "calm": no pain, and a sense that the turbulent waters of CRPS had parted for a brief, but blissful moment. It gave me hope. By my last session, I was walking. I had entered Dr Orlando's practice unable to even gently touch my foot on the ground. Over time, and via his many well-constructed treatments (as well as a healthy dose of his positivity and encouragement along the way), I got better. There is still a way to go, but knowing this therapy is out there—and being administered by such expert, science-based, caring doctors as Dr Orlando—has been life changing.“
