“I was invited by my neighbor to check out her yin yoga class at this studio & am now enjoying a variety of classes as my strength and energy improves daily. I'm already feeling the amazing benefits in my body, mind & spirit ~ thanks to all the inspiring teachers at this great studio!!“
“Michael creates individual exercise programs that far surpass Physical Therapy for chronic back pain. After 7 months of treatment, I’m about 60% improved. That’s significantly better than 0% improvement over 40 years with 15 different Physical Therapists. Furthermore, Michael is always available to monitor and switch exercises that are not helping. I’ve referred 3 others to him, one being my wife. I highly recommend him.“
“Love this place and all the staff. It's friendly and comfortable and there's nothing like starting your day with some hot yoga at Namaste!“
“Heather is my FAVORITE and ALWAYS my first choice when it comes to massage. Her space is inviting, welcoming, which matches her spirit and personality. She cares greatly about the bodywork she does, asks appropriate questions which makes for an even better, customized experience. *Highly* recommend her ~~~“
“My happy place. I've been challenged and at the same time comforted and guided in the most caring way. An immaculate studio!“

“My husband booked me a Facial and Massage for Mother's Day. The duration was both 60 minutes each. I had the Facial first. I think her name was Jennifer and she was awesome! My mother-in-law told me my skin was glowing and my complexion looked so good and smooth afterwards. I had a lot of congestion and she removed a lot of impurities in my skin. My skin was so smooth afterwards. She wore gloves and also put my hair back in a towel. It was a little different from what I am used to with the steam in my face, but it felt nice and very cooling on a hot summer day. She left to see if there was enough time to do one more thing before my next appointment. When she returned, she asked if she could trim my eyebrows. I didn't mind. Then she applied some serums and creams to refine my pores. It was so relaxing and I felt so nice and rejuvenated afterwards. She escorted me back to the waiting area until my next appointment for my massage. I waited maybe about 7 minutes after my facial appointment. I had such a great experience with Jennifer and was so excited for my next treatment. When i completed the form on the tablet initially, i mentioned in detail my problem areas like how the hostess said the mention. I again, mentioned to my masseuse about my problem areas before she began. I forgot what her name was, but it seemed like she was very new. She couldn't figure out the lighting in the room, didn't focus in the areas we spoke about beforehand. She kept apologizing for things... the pressure was very light for me and I mentioned she could apply more. She did for a little bit and then went back to light pressure again. Bummer. At the end, she mentioned that I should've told her about my lower back pain. All in all, it was a beautiful place. I think I would just come back for the facial only. I feel like the front desk needs to communicate better with the therapists and aestheticians about each appointment that is scheduled. Maybe have a team huddle before they open or something. It was Mother's Day so I guess it was a busy day for them. My friend's husband paid in full beforehand for her treatment, but the manager didn't communicate that with the receptionist either, so she had to call the manager to confirm. Other than the miscommunication, this place has potential.“
“I wanted to find a yoga studio that could help me after my long run days. So glad I found YogaSix! They teach both the basics of yoga as well as advanced poses and techniques. The instructors are simply phenomenal and really care about you. They remind you of the importance of proper breath work, and give you guidance to push through and challenge yourself. The result is a sense of accomplishment, great energy, and a community you can call your own. ??“
