“We had service repair through our home warranty with Harris Plumbing. The phone operators were easy to chat with and kept us updated. The company sends you their GPS so you do have an idea when they are near & even then Randy, our technician, also kept us updated. Randy is great. Instead of selling a full water heater replacement, he determined the issue, ordered the parts, and came back in days fixing our water heater. I'm glad our home warranty covered his service, we ended up only needing to pay $85. I appreciate he was transparent about the issues & solution. He was friendly and respectful. I would definitely reach out to them again & request Randy with any future issues, home warranty covered or not. Thanks for your help!“

“This was a last minute needed fix on a Friday afternoon the start of Labor Day weekend. Zac was there waiting when I got home and quickly was able to find the leak, we opted for a temporary fix right now, the permanent is going to be expensive and they me consuming. But within the hour, the fix was in place, the water is back on and a fail safe put in place in case someone forgets they’re not supposed to use that shower.They were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again and recommend others do too“

“I'm a little late in posting a review on Joyce but a year ago she installed a new water heater in our garage along with all the other gadgets that needed to go with it. She had been referred to us by a good friend and we weren't disappointed. She has been doing plumbing jobs for a long time and she knows what she's doing. She carries many different items in her van making it possible to do the job the first time out. We were pleased with her professionalism but also her knowledge and just an all around great gal. I might also mention that her prices are very reasonable.“

“Anthony Albericci is a great plumbing technician. First, he came to identify the problem for the toilet leak and give a written estimate for the toilet reset and toilet replacement. We decided to go with the toilet reset and Anthony came back to fix it. He did a wonderful job. Everything was done professionally and we would recommend and use Boyd/Bonney again.“

“Water heater died on Saturday the 24th of February. Had a competitor come out. Needless to say I won’t call them back. Called Signature Plumbing on Monday at 10:00 am. Was told they had an opening that evening. Plumber arrived 2 hrs early and knew exactly what the issue was. Replaced Gas Valve (which he had in his truck) and all is good. This was a warranty issue. We were charged what I consider to be reasonable fee for labor. Fixed in 40 minutes. Would definitely use Signature again.“

“Dependable rooting plumbing (Richard)- 5 stars. Completion of job is astonishing. But prices kept being added on after estimate. Mat have also been the hustle and bustle of all things. It was a big project of both kitchen and bathroom, of a 480 sq ft studio, with alot of changes so I understand the high cost. Paid for the materials separately from labor and expertise. Total was about 7k. I could tell contractors were kind and highly experienced. They took great care in their work. Would have fed them for all the labor if facilities were working. Drinking water was available.“
