Champion Tae Kwon Do Eastvale Martial Arts Schools

“Our children's experience here has been nothing short of amazing. They have been training here for the past five -six years. Like most kids are reluctant to change especially in the beginning. However, thanks to their friendly staff Grand Master and Master Mario have managed to instill the confidence and tools our kids self-consciously have been looking for. We have seen the growth in our children, and we are thankful to Champion Tae Kwon Do.“

“I wanted to sign my son up for martial arts so he could be more active and help burn off some of his ADHD energy, however all of the local dojos seemed commercialized and impersonal. My son's friend started attending class here and his mom told me about how much she really liked it. We came one evening to check it out and immediately signed up afterwards. This dojo is clean and the other families are friendly and supportive to each other and the kids. Master Lowe is great with his students. He is the perfect blend of tough yet encouraging. He tells the kids all the time they should be striving to improve their karate skills, and improving at home and school as well. My son is learning karate skills and valuable life lessons as well. I'm so glad we found Lowe's Martial Arts Academy“

USKO Training - Corona Martial Arts Schools

“Coach/Kru Riley is extremely talented at teaching and conveying the BJJ and Muay Thai tactics to all ages. He is patient but direct with purpose on how he conducts his classes. Very methodical, applicable and engaging to our 4 year old, who cannot get enough. Riley and USKO is so welcoming that my wife is now going to start Muay Thai as well. Being half Thai and around Muay Thai my whole life in some capacity, USKO definitely encapsulates the Thai spirit of work hard, laugh harder. ? Kap Kuhn, Dustin.“

Defense Arts Center Martial Arts Schools

“Defense Arts Center is the place to go if you are interested in learning or having your child learn authentic, traditional Japanese Karate. My son has been going to DAC for a year now and it's been a great experience for him. The instructor, Sensei Ty, is very professional, kind, and caring. His karate program teaches kihon (basic moves), kata (forms) and kumite (sparring), as well as self-defense movements. While there are many karate dojos/training centers around this area, including Upland, Ontario, Ranco Cucamonga, etc., this is the only place where you can learn real Japanese karate-do, namely Shotokan karate, one of the four major styles of Karate that are Shotokan-ryu, Goju-ryu, Shito-ryu, and Wado-ryu.“

9160 Mission Blvd Suite C1, Riverside
Aguila's Tae Kwon Do Martial Arts Schools

“This is an early review as my daughter just started TKD here. My daughter is a student of Gracie Jiu Jitsu and so I thought it only right that she learned some type of strike defense to go with her ground game. Just so she doesn't have to dirty her skirt if she doesn't have to. Lol... anyway I've lived in Rubidoux for many years and have always passed by Aguila's TKD so I thought I'd give it a try. I enrolled my daughter right away because the pricing is very affordable. After having done the math it comes out to about $6 per class (less if you attend Saturdays) so I thought where are you going to find a self defense class for this price? So she started and right away I could tell that master Aguila is the coach she needs. Discipline. Hard nose training. No softies. I knew that this is what my daughter needed. The pre-workouts are vigorous and definitely the type of conditioning that would help her in her Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. So, second day in and she knows that this will help her and she loves it... just not quite as much as GBBJJ. I rated this a 5 star because everything starts off as a 5 starting me. If my ideas change. I'll be back to alter that. On the other hand, for me, it's nice to see one of the cute training girls there with her curly hair and dimples. Lol... it's refreshing. Lol“

“Love this studio! Great instruction, fun classes, and a friendly family-like environment. Coach Sway helps all students, whether beginner or advanced, to improve and the classes are great exercise. I love the hands on fight training and sweating out my stress. I also am doing personal coaching/training with Coach Sway and he is really helping me with my form and athleticism. He has also introduced me to weight lifting which is improving my overall practice. I can not recommend this studio enough to anyone who wants to learn how to fight.“

“This dojang produce quality taekwondo fighters. It's very common that first time TKD parents are not aware that A LOT of taekwondo schools hand out belts like candy bars, most of these schools dilute the standard of USA taekwondo. Master Bobby Morales of Knock Out Martial Arts has produce olympians, national team members and international athletes.“

“I recently took a Woman's Self-Defense Class that was to support the Susan G Komen Foundation. This class was so great and I can hardly wait to go back. Good practical tips and tools plus we got to practice them with opponents. The class was small but I strongly suggest checking it out, especially in this day and age. It was mentioned that they will start doing these quarterly which I know I will attend.“

“Being in Krav Maga has not only taught me how to fight, but it made me become a better person and more confident. I am able to stand up for myself. I never thought I be standing up for myself. I owe it all to Sensei Johnson for helping me and guiding me to be tough and helping me reach my goals. I joined Krav Maga so that I wouldn't be afraid, weak, and timid. This is something that gets me through the day. When I walk into the dojo, I am a completely different person. I went on a 11 year hiatus from 2010 to 2021. I never thought I see myself back in this dojo. I never thought I see Sensei Johnson back. I wish I was continuing Krav, but I am back now and I am turning myself around. If you join krav, stick with it. Don't make the same mistake I made.“

“My son has been training at C-Quence Jiu-Jitsu since 2016. I have only great things to say about my personal experience here at C-Quence. John Muñoz and his family are very professional and knowledgeable in training students from all ages. John has coached and trained champions from different arenas in the MMA world. Including World Jiu-Jitsu champions, King Of The Cage champions and currently working with UFC fighters. If you’re looking for a solid place to train and learn from the best in the Inland Empire, this is the right place. I highly recommend C-Quence Jiu-Jitsu. There’s no BS here only hard work.“

“Master Matthew of Chino Taekwondo is an exceptional Taekwondo instructor. As a Korean who moved to the United States at the age of 16 and now a father in my mid-40s, I have been practicing Taekwondo since kindergarten and am currently a third-degree black belt master. I never imagined that such a great Taekwondo school would be right in front of my house. When my son turned four during the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to bring him to Master Matthew's school. Initially, my son was very shy and hesitant to start, but now, at the age of six, he is excited and determined to attend regularly. Master Matthew's teaching style is outstanding from a Korean perspective. The Taekwondo instructors I trained under were very strict, rarely smiled, and were quite intimidating. In contrast, Master Matthew is more educational, gentle, and has a fantastic ability to connect with children. He creates a positive and encouraging learning environment that has greatly benefited my son. I am impressed by how well he balances discipline with kindness, making the classes both effective and enjoyable for the students. I highly recommend Master Matthew to anyone looking for a top-notch Taekwondo instructor. His dedication and expertise make him an invaluable asset to our community, and I am grateful to have found such an excellent Taekwondo school for my family.“

“My grandson loves this place and we like the variety of classes offered for his age range. My only concern is that while I watched him get consistent attention from the instructors, his (female) sparring partner was ignored three times in a row. She even walked up each time after, asking for help and for them to watch her (she was doing the moves incorrectly, but no one was helping her). That really concerned me. :( She was literally asking for help and no one would help her. Finally the fourth time the instructors paid attention to her and helped her form. So just keep an eye to ensure all the kids are getting equal attention.“
