The classes are always different and you definitely will not get bored. I love how they offer different types of classes: boot camp, weight training and a boxing boot camp. “Love this studio! Great instruction, fun classes, and a friendly family-like environment. Coach Sway helps all students, whether beginner or advanced, to improve and the classes are great exercise. I love the hands on fight training and sweating out my stress. I also am doing personal coaching/training with Coach Sway and he is really helping me with my form and athleticism. He has also introduced me to weight lifting which is improving my overall practice. I can not recommend this studio enough to anyone who wants to learn how to fight.“
