Bodnar came out and fixed it for a very reasonable price. The technician was on time, efficient, And very nice. There was a slight issue and I had to have him come back, but I just called the company and he returned immediately and fixed the small issue. But way better than having to buy a brand new heater. “After waiting more than two days for LG's Service Center to get back to me regarding ETA of their service person to replace the broken drain pump in my washing machine, I decided to call Spark Appliance/Eli late afternoon on Dec 30 to see if there was any hope of getting the repair done before the new year. Eli came the very next day, on New Year's Eve, to save the day and end the year on a good note. The price he quoted on the phone was less than what LG was going to charge and he used an LG OEM pump, not some cheap aftermarket part from Amazon. After an hour or so of work, the machine was as good as new! THANK YOU Eli for coming to our rescue and doing such a great job! I will definitely call him for any other appliance issues.“

“Our Kenmore (LG) fridge stopped working all the sudden and I was in a panic calling around on a Saturday. Jim was able to come by in the afternoon to perform diagnostics. I like the way he was able to calmly explain the issue with the fridge compressor. He also happens to have a replacement compressor for the fridge. Jim was able to fix the fridge with a reasonable price in less than 2 hours. Overall a great experience! Highly recommended.“

“Woke up the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (Nov 22) to a disturbing noise emanating from our furnace. Called our usual repair service. They were slammed. Called Jim. He was at our house in an hour. Problem was the water pump. He cleaned it to get us through the weekend. Came back today (Nov 28) and installed the new pump. Terrific service, very reasonable prices. Sadly he doesn’t do water heaters (our next big replacement).“

“We decided to convert from a gas furnace to a heat pump to lower our carbon footprint and also because we have sufficient photovoltaic supply. We sought 3 bids, and chose to work with TechPro because of their fair pricing (not the lowest) and their apparent leanings towards being service oriented. The installation went smoothly, on schedule as promised. In replacing an existing furnace system, they discovered some field adjustments that needed to be made, and did not charge extra. All the workers were cordial, friendly, attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. They kept the job site clean and in order. We've been running the system for about 3 months now and its great. We did have a blown fuse last week and they came out and did a warranty repair within two days. Communication is great with attentive and quick emails and text responses from and to the office. I highly recommend them for any project you may have.“

“They installed Mitsubishi Mini Splits. Started work on time. Kept the house very clean. Left the house and the exterior very clean at the end of the day before leaving. His price was very competitive. They are very well mannered and easy to do business with. They gave us excellent advice on the location and height of the interior units. They stayed on top of things to make sure the inspection was completed on the first visit with zero changes required by the inspector. As an authorized Mitsubishi installer, we received the maximum warranty. At another location, decades ago, the Mitsubishi is still working. The machines they installed are very quiet both inside and the outside is amazingly quiet. The A/C and Heater heat up the rooms very fast. We would not hesitate to call them back or recommend them to others!“

We have had several plumbers come into the house to claim that is working to the realization that it wasn't and then ignoring our follow up calls. The only good thing that happened was that one of them after claiming that we had to change the whole system, and us refusing to do so, gave us Intuitive's contact. Justin and Kevin are a rare breed that actually cares about the client and they are not trying to sell you on things you don't need. They both are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.After three years my radiant heating is working again. I can't thank them enough.“
