“Our home was struggling with very unstable temperature of water flow in all of our showers for almost 2 weeks. The water was getting colder. Finding the right plumber could be difficult especially when some companies want to charge a diagnosis fee right away. “Miguel and his team were great to work with to resolve some of our sewer issues. Specifically, we had him install a new external sewer clean-out as well as document the location and path of our sewer lateral. At the initial appointment Miguel went out of his way to spend the extra time to do a preliminary investigation so that he could deliver a thorough and thoughtful quote. On the day of the job, Miguel and his crew were flexible and mindful while moving around our home. My spouse and I were both working from home at the time so this was very much appreciated. Even the day after the job was completed, Miguel came by to take some extra pictures for documentation purposes and verify key locations along the path of the sewer lateral (e.g. where it hits the sewer main). This was on a Friday in the winter at 6:30pm.
