“We have two chihuahua mix rescues who have both benefited greatly from their training with Alexandra. One of our dogs was reactive, and its now much easier to bring him on walks as well as have visitors to our home. The other was quite skittish which made training on our own tricky. Alexandra really helped us navigate his needs and build up his confidence. Both of our dogs are more confident and much better citizens since they started training. Also, while we originally did training in person and weren't quite sure how well virtual training would go, Alexandra navigates Zoom training remarkably and we don't feel like we're losing anything from not having in-person sessions.“

“I have known Alex for several years. He helped me with my last dog. I was just exasperated with Ben. He chewed up my furniture twice and was just a wild child! After taking Ben home to work with him he came back a changed dog. Most recently, Alex took my little Frenchie pup into his Board and Train program. He has a way of working with dogs using positive reinforcement and love. He also gives the owner the tools they need to continue the training at home. I would HIGHLY recommend Alex and the Dogfather Institute for all your training needs! Whether you have a problem dog, or just want your dog to learn some manners, Alex is your guy. Like many dog parents going on vacation is difficult when trying to ensure your pets are well cared for in a loving and safe environment. TIFF provides just that and more!

TIFF pet sat my 3 small dogs ages 16, 15, 3 from 9/1-9/9 in her home. She had a comfy dog bed set up, fresh water bowl, and toys ready to welcome the pups. Her complex has a fenced in courtyard where the dogs can easy sniff around and get some exercise. Very nice neighborhood for walks too.

TIFF put my worries at ease answering all my questions at our meet and greet prior to their stay. She even went the extra mile and visited the pups at my home a few weeks before so they can get more familiar with her.

While I was out of the country we received text/photo updates and a video call. Unexpectedly there was a heat wave and could sense how well she was handling the situation and making sure the dogs were as comfortable as possible considering the circumstances.

“Last night we had to help our 18 yr old cat cross over the rainbow bridge. Our doctor was Dr. Mark McDaniel & he was the kindest, most caring vet we have ever encountered. We have been coming to Ambassador for more than 15 years and have always received amazing service, but Dr. Mark cares deeply about the animals in his care, that is so obvious. We can't
thank him enough for his kindness!!“

“This place was recommended by another kennel because they were out of space that weekend. And I am happy they did. They were able to take in our Shepard last minute. They have been our go to since. And even though I said last minute they are very thorough-we brought him in a couple days before for a behavioral assessment and they needed all his medical paperwork to make sure vaccines were up to date and he also needed a negative giardia test. All things I am happy to hand over because it means my baby is going to a well managed, clean facility. My dog loved it and comes home "good, happy and tired". He is young so he is always full of energy. Also you know it's a good place when your dog willing walks in the door excited knowing where he is at. For boarding they have a lot of extras you can choose from to make their stay more enjoyable. We always add on the peanut butter treat. We bring him in with his meals portioned out (or you can choose for them to feed them with their food), his blanket he sleeps an and a toy from home he can sleep with in the kennel. Last few times we add on a bath at the end of his stay and he comes home so clean and soft. The staff is so nice too. They allow me to feel relaxed and not worry about my baby when I am away. He will be returning for another stay soon.“

But they got me in. The doctor was very gentle with my kitty who is aging and has multiple fur knots that need to be removed
They did bloodwork and then called me a few days later with the results
