Talked to dispatch and the very next day one of their project managers showed up and accessed the damage. Drywalls had to be removed and having experienced with previous contractors, I expected dust & debris left behind. I was honestly shocked, not a drop of anything, no dust. Asked all of them to use leak detection tool - leakalizer or similar only one knew what it was, one showed up, but his equipment was not working properly. Sent them home. The American Leak Detection was truly professional. They had their own patented tool that finds if pool loosing water within 15 min. They did the test, resolved my concerns got paid their minimum 4 hrs and were done. It is worth every penny. Money well spent because you know for sure if you have problem or not.
