The phone was answered by the owner of the company, Shane, who was both personable and actually listened. Giovanni arrived on time about an hour later , and was professional, easy to talk to ,and explained everything before he did it and why. He used a camera and hydrojet to diagnose and clear my drain. “I had a crazy flood in one of my apartment units at 10:30 am. I called about 10 plumbers, none of them responded except Jimmy Patino. He immediately gave us the time frame in which he would arrive, and sure enough, he promptly came to my apartment. He was highly efficient with his diagnosis and knew exactly what the issue was. Within minutes, he stopped the leakage, identified the issue and kindly explained what was going on. I have never been more pleased with a plumbing service and I am in Jimmy Parino’s debt. 1000000% recommend their service.“

She has been very pleased with Plumber XP. And you know what they say, Happy wife, happy life. Joey and his helper Angelo were out on the most recent call to take care of a bad sewer smell coming from the area behind our washing machine whenever our a/c was turned on. They installed a new P Trap, hydro flushed the pipes and scoped the lines for obstructions. Joey also noticed our tankless water heater and made recommendations for service. I called them on a Saturday even though Yelp said they were closed and someone answered. Joey came out within an hour to diagnose our issue, made recommendations and gave us a quote. Their pricing is not cheap but fair. You'll be happy you called Plumber XP.“

“So, again it was Jeremy to the rescue with my water heater! Thought it was dead and he was out within the hour to figure out that the pilot had been blown out most likely due to a bubble in the gas line. However, the tank hadn't be serviced since it was installed 5 years earlier by him and needed maintenance badly. So, he leaves without any charge to return two days later to flush and clean up the two tanks! I am now back on track, learning my lesson about annual maintenance, which I will then be calling Jeremy back to keep these tanks operating smoothly! Just so nice to know he's there when I need rescuing again!!“
