Ray came out on short notice to fix a clogged drain line. He was prompt, professional, and clean, putting on booties when he entered my house. He quickly identified the problem, snaked the drain, and stayed to ensure all lines were clear. I will definitely be using Plumber XP again, and would highly recommend them.
Ray and his helper Oscar did a fine job with removal and installing a new 3-basin kitchen sink, what with adding a support for the new sink's shorter width, and reconfiguring the drains accordingly, with no additional charge. Ray left his contact information should any problems arise, and I have confidence that they will not. He identified another drainage issue with the aged rusty galvanized main line; however, at present we are not ready to pursue this, but will certainly considerPlumber XP we do.
Amazing plumber. Had an issue with a p trap under a sink. Turns out it was old piping that I couldn't put back without help. Contacted Plumber XP in the morning, they responded within a few minutes and were at my house the same morning. Super friendly and did a good job. Would definitely recommend, 10 out of 10.
