“We bought our house about a year and a half ago so we experienced a summer here before. This summer was a little different. We started noticing that the temperature in the house was struggling to stay down. Our frustration was when we would have people over and noticed how uncomfortably hot they were because the temperature was not budging. Received good advice, a great quote, and the multi-room mini-split system with hidden ductwork was installed beautifully. Whisper quiet, perfect temp control, - works great. “We hadn't serviced our evaporative cooler in several years. It was so bad that there was plants coming out of the vents. We called Desert cooler specialist and they came over right away to assess the situation. After they assess situation they gave me several quotes to choose from and they came and took care of the issue. “My tankless water heater' stopped working on the Sunday of the MLK weekend. I knit might be difficult to get a repair scheduled. Not only was I able to schedule a repair for Monday, the technician arrived on the earliest end of the time window. He was friendly and professional. He explained the possible problems and how he would need to diagnose the problem. These water heaters are highly technical The plumber methodically found the problem and quickly fixed it. The charges were reasonable and I was pleased with his work. What mor could one want.“

“Dan has been my "go to" plumber for a few years. I have always found him and his crew to be reliable and honest. A few months ago I had a leak in the ceiling and called Dan. He quickly found and repaired the leaking piece of pipe but he also showed me the cause; corrosion caused by years of other metal connected to the copper. He let me know that the whole system needed to be replaced (and my calls to other people who know plumbing confirmed what Dan told me). He came up with alternative designs to minimize the impact to my walls and ceilings. He gave me an estimate of both cost and duration. He knew that I was hesitant (because of the cost and the interruption to our daily lives) but he also knew the risk of exploding pipes. He said he could have a crew ready in 10 days so I said yes. They arrived exactly when they said they would and began the project. He knew I really wanted them to be done as quickly as possible. I used another service - something like Txxo's, and after they did the "tuneup," it didn't work as well as before the tuneup, and I needed these repairs. Choose wisely!“
