They performed a big difficult surgery on my elderly cat and got her walking again. Him and his staff went above and beyond making sure Kitty was taken care of and as comfortable as possible before, during and after her surgery. They gave me the peace of mind knowing they were happy to address any and all my questions and concerns along the way. This is the sort of customer service you don't see very often anymore. I would absolutely bring my animals here in the future and recommend them to anyone I know for their ortho surgery needs. I am so beyond grateful I found them and trusted them through this stressful time.“

“This guy saved my horses life.I have a 20yr old pain mare who foundered sometime 2 years ago. I had 2 vets come out, teach telling me upon examination of the radiographs that she should be out down immediately.they didn't take quality of life into consideration at all, or anything else for that matter.Needless to say I was desperate to find someone who speaializes in severe issues of the hoof.Mark was kind, clear, sincere & kind while explaining everything that he was doing and gave me his honest opinion as to where to go next in her treatment. Looked at everything as a whole and told me he didn't think that euthanasia was necessary. Though her condition wouldn't improve due to bone loss of the p3 bone , based on her activity level and zest for life, there's no reason why her condition couldn't be managed.He put her on equioxx, gave me tips on nutrition, farrier care, bedding/footing type and lots of other advice to make sure she stays comfortable for the rest of her life.*He was pricey but I didn't expect it to be cheap.I would 100% recommend mark if you have a horse with an issue with their feet. Don't let outdated veterinary training be the demise of your horse!!Thanks Mark, you are the best!!“
“We just adopted our dog and we were not happy with our old vet and friends recommended Center Veterinary Clinic. From the moment I called to make our first appointment to the post-appointment email asking how our dog was doing after his shots, everything felt good: professional, yet personable. The clinic facility is clean and open and Sayaka, our vet tech, was amazing. Our dog was seen by Dr. Spellmeyer and I appreciated her thorough, yet gentle approach with him. He was anxious, but she was patient with him. We received, via email, a complete report on the results of all the lab work and as mentioned an email checking in on his welfare after our visit. I would definitely recommend Center Veterinary Clinic to all friends and family who have pets.“

Every single doctor is exceptional in their field and I trust all of the advice and care we have gotten over the years for our dogs and cats. They are always available to talk to someone and the doctors always call you back when they finish work to talk in person. I feel so blessed to have found them. There are not many vet offices left like this one. I feel so taken care of and know my pets are loved and cared for on every level. I even take our new kitten to get his nails trimmed every few weeks and he lets them! “As a dog trainer I interact with a number of local Veterinarians quite frequently for referrals or consults on behavior challenges or training help. Not every experience has been memorable in a good way. This place however is really great. I lived above an animal hospital for 16 years, so I rarely had the occasion to need to go elsewhere when I had all I needed litterally downstairs. I recently had a situation with our cat that required a second opinion and consult and reached out to Dr Morizi for help. My wife and I came to see Dr. Morizi at Villiage Vet that very same day. She was kind enough to fit us in to a tight window for scheduling. I sat in for the entire visit with Dr Morizi with our cat Syd and my wife. It was the most informative caring and compassionate vet visit ive ever had. She took her time, was very informative, explained everything to ensure we knew what the situation was, and she offered competent expert help from her network of professionals in specialty animal care service should further help be needed. I cant say enough good things about the Villiage Vet...from the always happy and friendly Linda in the front to the complimentary coffee to the cleanliness of the patient rooms. “Having recently relocated back to SD, I heard good things about RSF Veterinary. My 15 year old cat has hyperthyroidism and I needed her checked out and her compounded meds refilled. We met with Dr Haley who was so wonderful! She took her time with us and was very knowledgeable about the condition. She offered various ways of addressing my cats health and how to improve her condition and keep her healthy for many years to come. The office staff is very kind, professional and super efficient. Although expensive, the TLC provided to both kitty and her mommy was exceptional. I am thrilled to have such a compassionate and skilled doctor for my many pets.“

“Can't say enough nice things about this place. I probably hate taking my cat in more than she hates going... I guess I'm a worrier. Every vet tech and employee I've spoken to has been super empathetic, understanding, and calming. When I brought my cat in for a surgery today, a technician (Sue) came out to my car. I brought the cat in first thing in the morning, so after a few hours, I got a call from Sue just to let me know that they had an emergency case and had not done my cat's surgery (as it wasn't urgent). She just wanted to give me that update solely because she knew I was likely at home wondering/worrying/etc. That's an above-the-call-of-duty decision made by an employee that cares about clients and their animals. The doctors answer all of your questions and take their time with you on the phone. They don't make you feel rushed as you're asking all of your questions, because they understand this is your pet and you want to make sure you fully-understand everything and put your own mind at ease. I would recommend Governor Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a veterinarian (and I have).“
“Call me old fashioned, but there's nothing more disconcerting than feeling like just another number in your vet's charts. Especially when your four-legged "kid" is sick, as in seriously sick, and your mind is racing through every possible worst-case scenario in the book. Sad to say, after years of this treatment at countless practices (specialty or otherwise), I had resigned myself to this sub par standard of service. Until my boxer was diagnosed with lymphoma. Enter VCG San Diego... Right in the door, Dorothy and I were met with genuine compassion, care and concern by Dr. Vancil and Michelle. Treatment plan options were discussed based on her condition and what I could afford. I was fully educated on her disease. I was never rushed out the door to make way for the next client. Time was always made to answer my endless questions, and to reassure me when I was on the verge of a breakdown or already in the middle of one. I never once felt like Dorothy and I were just another number in their charts, and that's because we weren't. VCG San Diego gave Dorothy their all and then some, and even managed to keep me sane throughout. From the diagnosis on Christmas Eve, to the chemo treatments that followed, then the palliative care, and up until her final day, I knew my girl was in the best possible hands. The seven quality months that they gave me with her was the best gift I could have ever hoped for.“
