“To put it simply, Cara changed our lives and helped with something we thought was impossible ? We were completely unprepared bringing home our newborn baby in July to meet our high energy 5 year old bulldog, kenobi. He didn’t adjust well to the baby, and we spent the first two weeks of her life with me upstairs and my husband downstairs with the dog. Every attempt at introducing him to our baby failed and got increasingly worse. We had no other choice than to seek a trainer.Cara immediately identified his food was a contributing issue to his temperament. Within 2 training sessions, we were able to live harmoniously with the baby and kenobi, while spending the rest of our training sessions working on basic obedience.She not only gave us the tools on correcting his behavior, she really explained WHY we use those tools so we could apply them correctly.Kenobi only left the house to go to the vet or to be boarded because he was uncontrollable on a leash. Cara not only taught us how to manage him with a prong collar and leash, the last training session was spent at a park to help our anxiety with having him out of the house. “As a dog trainer I interact with a number of local Veterinarians quite frequently for referrals or consults on behavior challenges or training help. Not every experience has been memorable in a good way. This place however is really great. I lived above an animal hospital for 16 years, so I rarely had the occasion to need to go elsewhere when I had all I needed litterally downstairs. I recently had a situation with our cat that required a second opinion and consult and reached out to Dr Morizi for help. My wife and I came to see Dr. Morizi at Villiage Vet that very same day. She was kind enough to fit us in to a tight window for scheduling. I sat in for the entire visit with Dr Morizi with our cat Syd and my wife. It was the most informative caring and compassionate vet visit ive ever had. She took her time, was very informative, explained everything to ensure we knew what the situation was, and she offered competent expert help from her network of professionals in specialty animal care service should further help be needed. I cant say enough good things about the Villiage Vet...from the always happy and friendly Linda in the front to the complimentary coffee to the cleanliness of the patient rooms. “We just adopted our dog and we were not happy with our old vet and friends recommended Center Veterinary Clinic. From the moment I called to make our first appointment to the post-appointment email asking how our dog was doing after his shots, everything felt good: professional, yet personable. The clinic facility is clean and open and Sayaka, our vet tech, was amazing. Our dog was seen by Dr. Spellmeyer and I appreciated her thorough, yet gentle approach with him. He was anxious, but she was patient with him. We received, via email, a complete report on the results of all the lab work and as mentioned an email checking in on his welfare after our visit. “Just finished the 4 week board and train program for my 1.5 year old beagle, Syrus, and I am very satisfied with the results! Before Snug, Syrus was a lot to handle both inside and out of the house. Our trainer, Dominique, transformed him into the most polite and sweet boy. She taught him all of his basic commands well enough to transfer over into our household and she worked on both his separation anxiety as well as barking problems so that he is now able to be confident and quiet by himself. Additionally, the service at Snug is prompt and polite and the facility is clean and tidy. You can't really go wrong choosing Snug.“

Overall an OK store to go to & my second faborite next to the one on Sports Arena.The staffing is friendly & definitely tries their hardest to make sure you get the right items for your pet.Sometimes the specific product I wany is out of stock for awhile but I can't particularly blame them for it. I can understand how difficult the supply chain can be. However they usually have a decent temporary replacement I can use. (I have 2 rats & 1 cat who feeds specificallu on the Whole Hearted urinary support cat food.)“
