“From the moment we enter the clinic we are always treated to an array of sights and sounds. The staff is constantly moving about making sure that not only "the parents" are kept informed and assured but that their pets are also calmed as much as possible. Dr Francioli is unbelievable. When she entered our exam area her smile and calming energy just enveloped the room. Our cat Jackson immediately settled in and approached her to be picked up and adored! Mission accomplished. “They always say no one takes care of your pets like you do yourself, but the Pupper Club does! My little Zoey loves going here so much for daycare and boarding. While I was on vacation for two weeks I totally felt no worries that Zoey was being well taken care of. She makes so many doggie friends there. But the staff is just the best with her. Zoey loves them.“

“My dog Riot had some very complex issues... He had been through multiple trainers all to no effect whatsoever with his leash reactivity (and unfortunately no refunds either)... He is an amazing dog but has this one issue that nobody seemed to get through to which resulted in other trainers giving up and just returning him with the same exact issues as he had before... San Diego Dog Training didn't do that they kept him as long as it took to improve... We are still working with him a bit but he's now back home and we are working at home with him but I have no doubt they won't stop until the issue is fully corrected... Hes a special case and Daniel says the longest to actually train outside of some service dogs which I believe but the point is Daniel and Tori (apologize if it's spelled with a y or ey instead of I) are determined to make sure they never fail on a single dog and it shows with Riot who is an exceptional case... And he's really only an exceptional case when on leash he's the sweetest most agreeable dog in house but for some reason when on leash he feels the need to aggressively bark at other dogs... Hes made massive improvement so far and is at the point where lessons can be at home but unlike other trainers they're determined not to stop until the issue is completely corrected... I spent so much money on trainers that would just drop him back off in the same behavior he left in... These people really care about the dogs and really care about returning them with whatever problem you are facing fixed... And if not fully fixed then taking the time after return to ensure they are... If I ever have another dog with issues I don't care if I live in Rhode Island they're going to San Diego Dog Training... You can check my review history I don't give 5 star reviews to everyone but they truly deserve it and although the work isn't entirely finished yet they've earned their 5 stars and are still working on it... Absolutely recommend!“

“Chris is absolutely awesome. We call him the Dog Whisperer! He came to our house to help us with our year-old Golden Retriever. She had some behaviors we were concerned about. He spent some time talking to us about the problems and offered solutions. She was very responsive to him and his advice really helped us. He met me for a walk on a trail where we met other people and dogs and helped me to control her. She has made a great improvement. Now I take her to a group training that Chris teaches and this has also been very successful. I highly recommend him as a dog trainer. He has really helped us.“

“I received my stabilty service dog Denny last June. Isabelle trained him and he is 100 % perfect. He can dial 911 for me, I couldn’t walk alone for 2 years until I got Denny. “We are multiple repeat customers. Kari has given our Newfoundland (Masha) a second home when needed, whether for a few hours or days at a time. I have confidence that Masha's care is sound and her environment is extraordinary. She has plenty of room and stimulation both inside and outside. When we arrive, Masha is excited to see Kari and eager to start play with her and her dog. Our only disappointment has been those times that Kari was full and we have had to look elsewhere.“

“This was Arie’s first time at The Dog Society and the four hour assessment. We knew that initially she would be shy/timid but per the staff after about 20 minutes she began to warm up to the rest of the pack. Best of all she was very tired once she got home! They no longer over night visits but Carlee was so kind enough to reach out to someone who she trusts so that my dog and my cat will be taken care of. “Update: We’ve continued to use bark park since our first incident and I’m happy to report that everything has gone well and we haven’t had an issue with our dogs. We make sure to verify that they will be housed separately and they have. I would recommend this place to anyone, just be sure to verify any special requests.Original Post:The staff is friendly. The housing seems good but we were told that our dogs would be housed in separate kennels. We asked them at drop off that it’s a must. They said it would be done. They did not follow the directions and housed them together. Sure enough they fought and one of our dogs came home with a gash on his head. Disappointed to say the least. Might give them another chance and update my review. Just stating the truth“

“Nice, clean, very friendly. The condo where my cat resided was roomy enough to move comfortably and I felt Nerina was well cared while her stay at this facility. I highly recommend. I booked again for next month.“

“My girl Stella and I have had such a great experience with Care and Comfort. They are so loving and kind to my sweet baby and she actually LOVES coming here. Both times we have been here all she wants to do is go to the back and see all of her vet friends. It’s a very clean establishment and it’s also very close to me so that’s another perk! They also have always been able to see me within 1-2 days which is very convenient! I’m so happy to have found them and they are definitely my new regular vet. “I think Dr. McClemons is an exceptional vet. The office as a whole on the other hand I was less impressed by. The office atmosphere, patience of staff and wait time are 3 star-level but Dr. McClemons and the location are a 5. First, let me praise Dr. McClemons. We have a 3 year-old dog who has been struggling with an autoimmune disease for two years. We have seen multiple vets but Dr. McClemons noticed details and presented options no other vet had. She is knowledgeable, detailed, informative (without being condescending) and dedicated. She called me back on a Friday evening so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday to hear our pup's test results. The office. The location is excellent, right off the 805. There is a canopy outside with metal chairs for you to wait in. I actually prefer this so that I'm not trying to keep my dog away from a cat sitting 3 feet from us in a waiting room. There was a bit of a wait time, 10-15 minutes to get into a room then 10-15 minutes to see the vet. The staff I encountered my first visit were bright, kind and helpful. The second visit was a busy day for their office and staff were less patient and kind that day. The price is comparable to other vets we've visited. They offer a 10% military discount!“

“Kayla was a real life saver. My husband and I planned a quick vacation to San Diego, and we brought the dogs along. We couldn't leave our bigger dog at the hotel, and 4 days before our trip our dog sitter bailed on us. After contacting different doggy camps, Coastal Canine had a really positive response even in short notice, Kayla worked with me to make sure we got the date correct and we were in contact throughout the following days. They were willing to take in my dog during the day and I didn't need to go through a strenuous screening process which works for someone like us on vacation. Kayla met with us, made sure our dog was friendly and looked over her vaccination status. Our dog was so tired when we picked her up. They have a very nice space for doggy enrichment. We highly recommend Coastal Canine for daycare!“

“Updated review on 12/29/22:Well, today it was a good day for me, I'd finally receive a call and did spoke to Mrs. Biechel on the phone. She really did explained about their office system computer was completely down last week and also she did apologize to me on behalf of her staff of Eastlake Village Vet Clinic, after what happened to my pet boarding appt. schedule on (Dec 24 @9 am ) was booked already during day of Xmas eve hours. And it was unfortunately got ignored by her staff or receptionist because it wasn't got input to the system computer but only to their manual boarding appt. schedule on the wall. I guess, next time she said that their staff for now on , they'll input it the boarding appt. thru their system computer. But I suggest to use it both incase the office system is down again (manual boarding appt. on wall and also input it thru computer). So we both work it out, and resolve the issue to get a better solution to the problem and improve their customer service for their present / future clients. Mrs. Bischel offer me a compensation after what happened to our family plan trip got canceled and also to my family suffering of the result of it, due to boarding appt. got ignored or their staff wasn't aware the schedule on the wall because it wasn't in the system computer. Mrs. Bischel , for her generosity she did offer me, any time annual vaccines and pet boarding schedule for my two dogs for free this coming year of 2023'. So I told her, pls. do make sure all your staff are already in heads up, write it on the notes or in system computer and be aware about my compensation that I will receive this year. My family to yours Mrs. Bischel...we really do appreciate everything, and you made our day alright again after all what happened. I hope Eastlake Village Vet Clinic will be professionally deligently be squared away for good, as for their clients well-being purposes. So for now, I'd just add another star (*) problem solved !! Thank you Mrs. Bischel.I'd been taking my two-four legged cute dogs here for almost 3 yrs+ to present time either for our dogs annual vaccines appt, purchasing dog food etc. This veterinary clinic has a some what good service from time to time. Their staff or receptionist sometime has good customer service and some are just don't care. But one thing, I don't really like is just like what happen for our dog boarding reservation that I'd called Nov 12 to make boarding reservation, clearly spoke to receptionist confirmed it and again I went to vet clinic counter in person to confirmed again for my pet boarding during Dec 5 purchasing dog food. I'd already called and also went to their clinic confirmed to them our boarding schedule appt is good to go for Dec 24 @ 9 am drop off on the day of Xmas eve. receptionist even check the boarding schedule appt on the wall.And I'd trusted their receptionist her words that its good to go. So last week our family plan trip was completely destroyed. My family was upset about it. And according to their website, the clinic is open day of Christmas eve hours 8:30-2pm. So that day of appt. I've arrived early 8:20 am and waited until 10:35 am. I'd called the office clinic 3x times. No staff or employees in site. I guess, my pet boarding appt. just got ignored by these clinic without no courtesy call for me before our boarding appt schedule. If the clinic choose to closed during that Xmas eve day. Those receptionist or staff should first check the boarding schedule on their wall if there is active oncoming boarding schedule. Then notify me or call my contact. I know one of the staff wrote it on the wall. My family really upset about what happened. It's very unprofessional service from their staff. I hope these won't happen to other customers or to us again. But anyway, I'd to put 3 star for now because I'd still have a a little trust from this vet clinic for our four-legged friends annual check up etc.“

“My sister in law has taken her dog here for years and always received great care. So when I adopted a new cat she recommended I come here. The staff is so welcoming and nice and the Dr. Keith was great. When my Sheltie got sick I took him here and the staff was very kind and understanding of this emotional time. Dr. Keith explained everything very clear, went over multiple options and I trusted Dr. Keith. Quickly discovered my pup had cancer and Dr. Keith was straight forward, very informative, and presented options. I appreciate the gentleness of everyone at this vet clinic and I cant say enough great things about this veterinary facility because everyone here has been so kind, informative, transparent, lays out the options and give you a break down before you can decide what is needed. I now have two new rescues and being on a budget I find the prices competitive to other vets in the area and they are fair and with such great attention and care prior, I will continue to take my pets here. I trust the Vet & staff at this facility and thank you so much for all you do. My new rescues need their vaccinations so I will see you soon.“
