“I was recommended to Dr. Saba by one of my friends who rated him very highly, so I had high expectations. I have very bad eyesight so I have seen many optometrists in the past and I would rank my experience in Dr. Saba's office as the top. His office was clean and organized. They did have later appointments than most offices and Saturday appointments as well. I had the last appointment of the day at 5 pm but even still, his front desk staff and assistant were on top of it and very friendly and got me right in. Dr. Saba took his time with our appointment, did more tests on my eyes than any other optometrist has done for me and was quite thorough. He explained everything about my exam and my eyes in layman's terms so I can understand and made sure my contacts, glasses and further appointments were all situated. He was equal parts friendly and professional. I did not purchase any glasses from his office but I took a look around and he had many great ones available to try on and purchase. We spoke about sports and we just happen to have all the same favorite teams so that was a coincidence. Overall it was a great experience and I will continue to go to his office for all my further visits in the future, and I have been recommending him to my family and friends as well. Great practice and an even better guy.“

“I went here as the third optical store to get my daughter's eye exam for the third time. It was her first pair of glasses, and I wanted to ensure she got the proper measurement. As this was my first time getting glasses for my young daughter, I had many questions.

A young gentleman named Vy, who works at the optical store, helped answer every detail of my questions and explained all the important factors to consider when selecting frames for kids. Even after I left the store, I called a few days later to ask about the pupillary distance for her eyes. Despite being busy, Vy took the time to answer all my questions over the phone.

Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I've had in many years. They don't try to upsell like other optical stores and provide honest guidance to help you get the glasses within your budget. Even though I don't have insurance, I will continue to come here as long as Vy works there.“

Their equipment is very updated I would recommend ,only thing I can say was a negative for me was that the restroom was not working I had to go to the restaurant next-door to use it so I hope they can fix that little issue but other than that it was great.“

I found them on Google and saw that they had mass amounts of 5-star reviews, I called in and was greeted by an invigorating young lady. It was very easy to book an appointment the following days, they took all my information over the phone, and simplified it when I came in.

The facility; When you walk in you're greeted with hundreds of glasses on display on both sides of the room, at the far-end you'll find the receptionist's desk where she will take your information and set you up. They have state of the art equipment for eye exams, and all other services they offer. The facility was extremely clean and spotless, it resembles a dealership showroom with a new car that's spotless, that's how clean it was!

The Doctor; Doctor Duong was easy going and spoke direct, no sugar coating, straight to the point. She has an inviting energy to her where she makes you feel at home, welcomed with a pleasant vibe. You're able to pick up her confidence and knowledge that she has based on the responses she gives you.

All-in-all the visit was great, I will definitely be coming back every year and also coming back with my wife, my eye feeling tremendously better after I did what she instructed me to do!“

“I drive one hour and 15 minutes each way from Los Angeles for my eye exam and a 2nd time to pick up my glasses. The trip is 100% worth it. I have never seen any other doctor provide the same quality of eye care as Dr Kirschen and his associates in the last 45 plus years. Also, their fees are incredibly low for the quality of service.
