“I recently obtained the services of the Lions team to clean my HVAC and ducts after reviewing a few other companies. In my initially contact I found their administrators to be very helpful, informative, and were quick to check on questions they didn't know the answer too. Their prices are competitive to the other companies I called. After getting the details I arranged an inspection, and the team of Kevin and David offered great professional advice on how to go forward (as most of my ducts have fiberglass inside, and they were the ones to identify that and mention the concerns for cleaning). Eventually I hired them for the work. Even though my first appointment had to be rescheduled because of unforeseen issues. The tech and Lions team in general provided great communication and we quickly rescheduled. When they arrived at the new appointment time both techs were incredibly helpful, professional, clean (wearing booties in the house), and provided great service. They went beyond the scope to detail clean my intake vent cover, as I hadn't noticed how weathered/dirty it became. I received pictures of the before and after of the blower and the interiror of the HVAC unit to show the work done since getting on the roof is very high. Both Kevin and David's professionalism is some of the best contractor/techs that I have experienced since living in Los Angeles. I would highly recommended considering Lions for your duct/HVAC needs.“

“Cannot say enough great things about Michael! Extremely responsive and even provided an estimate range just based on pictures (which I knew could change once he did the physical inspection, though the final was within that range). Immediately gave windows of availability with a very easy option to schedule through Yelp. I had missed the notification so messaged back late in the afternoon asking for update availability and right away got a slot for the next day. Confirmation text came through and I even got a notification when he was on the way. Was on time and had everything he needed with him. Clearly communicated what he was seeing and what would be needed to repair the HVAC leak. Had some potential issues with improperly done pipe work from original installation - he had several opportunities when he could have upsold me on what needed to be done but he did not take them, which I really respect. Instead, gave me the several options he would try before the most expensive one and why he thought they might work. Thankfully those worked out and it was completed without extra complications. He was incredibly respectful of the space, was very careful with everything he did, and managed a pretty messy situation (water leak, some moldy debris, etc.) without leaving a trace. Probably the nicest experience I've ever had with this type of repair - it was truly a pleasure working with Michael!“
