Thalía is the best! I haven't gotten a facial done in so long so I was overdue and as you can imagine, wearing makeup everyday, my skin was congested. I got what's called the "Pure Facial" and she was able to get my skin looking so much clearer and softer at the end. I lovedddd the hydrojelly mask at the end as well as someone who's never experienced that before. Her space is so clean and super cute too. Thalia is very professional and made me feel so comfortable. I can't wait to go back for my second round! 10/10 recommend.
I was looking for a skincare professional that could help me with anti-aging and just refreshing my skin. I came across Nicole and before I even made the decision to see her, I had my own mini consultation with her. I appreciated all the information that she provided. I had my first visit with her she took her time with me because I was nervous, and this was my 3rd professional facial ever. I am so happy I found her business. I have seen her three times since and had two facials and sugar waxing done. I am beyond impressed by her excellent service, privacy and first-class service that she provides, she makes me feel very comfortable. Very happy, I will continue to see her as long as I can.
Prices are nice, service and quality are okay. Prices recently were raised. You get what you paid for.Update: I still feel the same but I'm going to give it five stars because they are still hanging in there even though all other locations in their franchise have closed down. And even though they continue to raise prices they are still the cheapest I have found. They're turnaround time is also really fast for no additional charge and they do pre-spotting (not the best job but still!) at no additional charge. I hope they stay around forever!
Pham was awesome! Such a nice man and he really helped us out in a punch. We had 13 table linens for a wedding that needed to be pressed by today. I called him Thursday morning and he said he would get it done for us and he was not lying. Dropped off the linens at noon Thursday and had them ready by 10 AM this morning. I couldn't thank them enough, especially the case manager Lily. I recently reached out to Vikshori's Law Firm about a serious structural problem caused by my contractor who accidentally removed a load bearing wall several years ago. Lily answered my phone and I could immediately tell she genuinely cared about my problem and went above and beyond by discussing my case with an attorney. She quickly followed up with a detailed response explaining my legal options, at NO CHARGE! Her advice really helped in convincing my contractor to admit his mistake and fix the problem, which would have been a very expensive repair. Fragrances trigger horrible migraines. I had such a hard time finding a salon that could perm my hair without “fragrance” or “perfume” as an ingredient. Mirage uses organic ingredients, and the perm solutions don’t contain my migraine triggers.
I came in with an idea that I wanted just the bottom half of my head permed because it was so straight compared with the top which admittedly was unevenly wavy. I’m so glad Sabrina told me the pros and cons of doing this. She recommended giving my hair a trim to see if we could enhance the curl. I was totally on board with this, but the underneath was just too straight. I decided to go with a full perm. I wanted a look similar to Charlie, the love interest in Top Gun, so got it cut shorter in addition to the perm. I LOVE my hair! I feel so sassy and now want to start being bolder with my clothes and makeup. Sabrina did a great job from the consultation through to the end.
The after photo is my hair after the first wash. I was able to style it myself. I love how there’s a mix of curl sizes so it looks natural. She angled the rods on the sides which made the curls fall nicely around my face. Sabrina is passionate about what she does. I’d definitely recommend her for a permanent wave.
Hair type: My hair was “virgin” so no colour or perm. Top half has a bit of a natural wave. Bottom half is straight. I have thick hair and a lot of it in the back.

From start to finish my experience at Gold & Braid was fantastic! I came in for a consultation with Alyssa and talked about the wishes for my hair. I needed color/highlight correction, a haircut and all over hair improvement. To be honest, my hair was a mess. I am thrilled and happy to say my hair is all better now. The staff are all amazing and do a fantastic job. They are all very skilled in color, cutting, extensions, and color correction. Jeff saved my hair after a botched haircut from another salon. It's clear that Jeff takes pride in his work and cares about each client. My appointment was with Angela and I'm soooo happy she cut my hair. She did everything I asked for, she doesn't use a razor like someone I used to go to, and gave me such great advise how to take care of my hair. I had a lot of breakage and thought that was normal but she brought it to my attention that it's because I tie my hair a lot, and did it realllly tight. The moment you walk in 'the back door" you can feel the cool eclectic vibe. This is a man's barber shop! It's a little rock and roll a little punk mixed with some grease monkey and skater. Aside from the decor the guys are total professionals. They make you feel welcome with a cool beverage. My barber is Eman. He was very thorough and meticulous giving me the exact haircut I asked for. I made an appointment online. I showed up a little early. I never felt like I was being rushed out so he could get to the next customer. I really had a great experience. I'll tell my buddies about The Eagle and Pig Barber Shop for sure. I already have my next haircut scheduled.

I went in yesterday to see Kenneth Alvarez after a few of my friends have recommended him to get my beard and haircut done.. he was super professional. Took his time with everything and tried his best to go above and beyond to give you an amazing experience with your cut.. I got so many compliments in 1 day..!! It's not only that he gives a great cut.. he is a genuine dude you can chop it up with while getting your cut... you gotta try it to see what I'm saying.

Kelly, the Korean lady did a fantastic job on my new Mohawk look. I have not cut my hair for over a year!!! This is my first time getting this hairstyle and first time here and she nailed it!!! A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease of the skin that particularly affects my nails. It is very difficult to maintain on my own and all of the big nail salons want to just make my nails look pretty with polish and shove me out the door. On the other hand, Kathy is VERY thorough (like a perfectionist) and cares about the health of my nails. My hands and feet haven't felt this good in YEARS, literally. Kathy is also very pleasant and fun to talk with. I felt very welcomed by her and comfortable in her presence. I feel lucky to have found her.
I've been going to YY for years. Easy parking, great vibe. Doesn't matter which of the lovely ladies does your nails, they are all great. They genuinely care about you as a person! Prices are very fair. Make sure to get a shoulder and/or foot massage - best ever. They can get busy on the weekends and key days before holidays - but I usually just "walk-in" and am seated right away.

Initial work was good and Ramz was nice but I don’t believe my blading was deep enough. I followed all the aftercare instructions and it looks like nothing was done and it hasn’t been a week. When the scabbing started all the pigment came out with it. I emailed and text with no response, for $700+ you’d expect better customer service it’s really disappointing.

I had a curly cut by Katie and she DELIVEREDT. I am obsessed with the shape that this cut gives my hair and the bangs are exactly what I wanted. I've had curly bangs before and I was scared to get them again, but I just love the way she did them so much that I see myself continuing to get my bangs trimmed to keep them :) She taught me how to style my hair like this myself at home as well, showing me the products she used, how much of each product, and how to apply them. She also had the products available to purchase. The salon itself is very cute and inviting. On top of all of this I really enjoyed sitting in her chair and chit chatting! Julia is the queen of my hair. She's friendly and attentive, and I love my visits with her. My hair is always refreshed and soft when I leave her chair. I come for color every 4-5 weeks, trims every 3 months, and Lotus sells my favorite products from Kerastase. I book online, but I can always text her if I need to get in. She's always willing to do what she can to help me out. I love her!

Normally after facials I really can't see that much of a difference, but I was definitely blown away at what a difference I saw in my skin immediately after! I have been going to Kimberly for over a year now religiously and every session has just been wonderful! I started with active acne and I am happy to say that I hardly have any breakouts any more. If anything, it would just be 1-2 acne every once in a while, due to hormonal changes. You would have to trust the process as Kimberly truly knows what she is doing and what works best for your face/skin type. I do purchase her products as they are crucial + effective for maintenance. It's worth it!! I would highly recommend Kimberly.

I have followed Eva across four or five of her salons as she has changed locations for 25 years. There is no one like her and she is the best. She knows so much about skin and health. She has treatments that nobody else offers. Her schedule is always very full, but if you can't get in at first, just get on the waiting list, it'll be worth it I promise. If I could do six stars I would!. Rachel was amazing. Felt immediately relaxed slipping into the warm treatment bed where the magic happened. Tried the new bio repeel facial she recommended and as I post this almost 8 hours later I still have comments from friends and family on my glowing skin. After the peel and extractions the cherry on top was the red light they used, coupled with a neck massage, put me asleep immediately! Can't recommend facial lounge and Rachel enough!!! Go get yours!!

Thalía is the best! I haven't gotten a facial done in so long so I was overdue and as you can imagine, wearing makeup everyday, my skin was congested. I got what's called the "Pure Facial" and she was able to get my skin looking so much clearer and softer at the end. I lovedddd the hydrojelly mask at the end as well as someone who's never experienced that before. Her space is so clean and super cute too. Hiring Heather to do hair and makeup for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made! She is so incredibly talented and truly listens to what you want. Izzie is a proactive business owner and consultant! When I moved to Irvine I was in desperate need of a local hair stylist experienced in thick coarse middle eastern texture hair. She keeps up with the latest styles and what looks good on you. I had an artistic weave done and it was my first time hearing about this type of coloring. Looks like highlights but it's not, it is a very lengthy process only a master of color could achieve. (OH and she also cuts my hair! I called several plumbers after I was overcharged by Barker Brothers for a sewer cleanout. I had roots in my clay sewer pipe causing back up. Barker quote me $15k for a clay pipe sleeve to the street (80 ft). Fanti used a camera and showed me the problem both under my house and outside. He quoted $9k total for trenchless pipe bursting and entirely replacing my clay pipe with poly pipe. He also included descaling/jetting my kitchen line and 50 feet main line under the house. The following day my shower line mysteriously backed up and he came and unclogged a giant hairball for free. Fanti was very responsive, on time, meticulous and explained everything in detail. He used a tamper and backfilled all the dirt. He left everything spotless. He provided a more practical solution than the others for 60% of the price. A brand new wider diameter polyethylene pipe should easily outlast a epoxy sleeve forced into a crumbling 60 year old clay pipe with a narrow diameter. If I ever have any future plumbing problems, I will definitely call Rob Fanti.
S.O.S. Innovative Plumbing Solutions are the Best! Paul Owen was fantastic! He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very respectful of our home. After careful inspection and unclogging our pipes he gave us several solutions. We felt his pricing was fair. He returned first thing the next morning to remedy the problem. Making sure to give us a reminder call in the morning and texting us 10 minutes before arrival. He also had a team of two Pio Orozco and Luis Perez who were also very knowledgeable and courteous of our home. They reseated a commode and repaired a leaking valve. We will be calling them in the future. Having trustworthy people in your home is priceless. Thank you Paul, Pio, and Luis.

i have used Parzival for two years now. They are extremely professional, prompt and knowledge at what they are doing. Even the owner came out to troubleshoot a water hammer problem. The response time is unprecedented. They came the next day after I called about a clogged shower drain. These guys set the standard for customer service.
I had a broken water pipe which needed to be fixed with urgency. I contacted A1 Plumbing Heating & AC Repairs, and they sent a plumber to my house right away. The plumber was extremely helpful and fixed the pipe quickly and efficiently. Todd is the best! He always got back to me straight away every time I texted him. Reliable, solid communication which I so much appreciated. I schedule a carpet cleaning w him but unfortunately our apartment complex locked the water spout so there's no water hook up and the leasing office wouldn't unlock it for us to have Todd do the cleaning. I was super bummed and relayed this to Todd and he called me and even apologized on behalf of my apartment complex. It's not even his fault at all; it's my apartment complex and their unwillingness to let me get my carpet cleaned by a vendor of my choosing. Apparently, my complex has a contract w another vendor and won't unlock the water spout for anyone but their vendor. Anyway, Todd is super nice, accommodating, and empathized w me and my frustration with my apartment complex's rules. I am def gonna recommend Todd to my family and friends w homes!

Needed a deck repair - that turned into a deck replacement. After having the deck rebuilt, Barton Coatings came out and did an AWSOME job sealing the deck. As a matter of fact, I'm going to have him come out and give me an estimate for my garage floor! Mike was very knowledgeable and made sure that I was well taken care of. Now when it rains, I have nothing to worry about. As you can see from the before and after pictures, they do quality work. I recommend these guys.

We are SO grateful to have found Coastline Pools! Ryan and his team were extremely professional from start to finish, and we are beyond happy with how our yard/pool turned out! We broke ground in February 2023, literally days before all of the rain hit California last winter. Even after weeks of rain caused multiple delays (no fault of Coastline Pools - Mother Nature was fully to blame) they still had our pool/yard completed and ready to use within 4 months! Other people we knew that were in the middle of similar projects with other companies were still in construction after 8+ months while we were floating in our pool in the sun! The finishes are beautiful and we get so many compliments on the design and look of our yard. Coastline worked with us to stay within our budget and we felt the pricing was extremely fair. When I first came to Mandy, I was hobbling around, constantly in pain from a compound fracture and dislocation of my ankle a year and a half prior. I was desperate for help after traditional physical therapy wasn't giving me everything I needed. While it helped me regain a lot of ankle mobility, it was not helping with the pain and pushing me the way I needed. Upon seeing Mandy for our first consultation, I felt better that day. I felt better not just because she did some exercises with me to help with some immediate pain relief, but also because I know that I had found the coach I needed to push me to get back to feeling myself. My case is a little bit different in terms of the complexity of my injury/recovery, but that did not deter Mandy at all. Within two months of working diligently with Mandy on pain management, I no longer had the intense nerve pain that I had coming into her office (after struggling with the nerve pain for a year and a half!). Her willingness to push me to become stronger has also helped me feel more confident to push my limits knowing she's always there to help me if something started hurting again. After three months, I am in a totally different place than when I first started seeing her. When I first started seeing her I was barely even walking on park grass for fear of hurting myself. Now I'm going on small hikes and practicing running again. Unfortunately I have to have another surgery on my ankle for reasons out of our control, but I am starting out stronger for this surgery than before. I am beyond grateful to know that I'll have Mandy to help me come back even stronger post surgery. I honestly tear up when I think about how much finding Mandy has meant for my quality of life. Agape Wellness is the best! They were the best physical therapy center that I have been to in forever! Lauren was absolutely amazing! She was always very professional, very considerate of my time, very gentle [but still worked me, lol] I achieved great results and they also took the time to make sure that when my therapy was finished, they provided me with plenty of exercises to continue keeping my back and body feeling good! Did I mention that I was able to do all of my sessions via zoom video? It was great!

Dr. Garcia is a very kind , detailed and Patient Chiropractor. It's so hard finding chiropractors that really take personal interest in you and that do a thorough first visit consultation to find out what's wrong. Most just do quick adjustments without understanding your bodies needs. I am very happy with my first visit and will be coming back bi-weekly. The front desk assistant is very polite and helpful. Overall the Vibe here is and my body responded positively to this visit and the energy. I was truly at ease!

When I moved to OC, someone recommended Dr. Arai. In I go with full of pain, out I came with my body feeling ever lighter and aligned. His method might be somewhat different from many chiropractors you’ve had sessions with. No fancy machines, no unnecessary joint adjustments where you feel no change after the adjustment. He carefully examines your body and makes adjustments as necessary. I’ve been with him for 3 years now, and my condition has significantly improved! Now I come back for him to make routine adjustments (my posture is bad that my back gets misaligned if I left it unattended). If it wasn’t for him, the pain was so unbearable that my life would’ve been miserable. Take my word and just make an appointment. You won’t regret it. Oh, the price is very reasonable too. It’s less than most chiropractors in the area & with significantly better outcome.
I came in with a bulged disc in my lower back on a Monday and by Tuesday late afternoon i was able to walk normal. Over the past 6 yrs. Dr. Bobinski is truly amazing, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough in all that he does, and extremely caring. 6 months ago, I had fractured my toes on my left foot. The throbbing pain had never gone away, as well I was unable to move my toes until I saw Dr. Bobinski. After seeing Dr.Bobinski, he was able to get rid of my throbbing toe pain and I am able to move my toes now. Dr. Bobinski is truly a Miracle Doc!!!

Just left our first vet appointment here. Wow! Marcella and the doctor were beyond amazing. The front desk was so nice. They are so honest about what your baby needs, what the options are and they print out an invoice before you pay so you can discuss. Beyond helpful. So glad we found our new doctor for our Nala. Also, not sure if there are more nurses but definitely ask for Marcella. She was the sweetest and so gentle while giving out 3 shots.

I wish I could give Benji Grooming 10 Stars. I have been using them for years, and they are the best-kept secret in Costa Mesa. My dogs love going to Benji's. The staff and groomers are amiable and professional. They give me a pickup time; my dog is always ready. I just adopted a poodle and couldn't wait for them to transform him into a show dog. OMG, I couldn't believe it when I saw him. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Also, Benji's pricing is very fair.

This place is the best! I love the sunrise yoga classes, the classes are perfect for beginners but also for people who have been practicing for years. The smaller class sizes are great and the teachers really take time to give personal attention to each student.
I've been 3 times now for free meditations and what can I say, how do u beat free? I was looking for a place to learn meditation and have tried other types and locations, and they're all good, but the practice offered through yoga center is more in line with what I was looking for. They also offer all kinds of yoga classes. I haven't tried yet but the costs seem reasonable. The meditations are offered almost every day with different instructors that walk you through different techniques. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming there. And after the meditations people stick around and maybe have a snack or some tea and get to know each other. I can't say anything bad about the place and I'm surprised that having lived in OC my entire life I had no idea this gem of a place existed. I need to get Alicia to join me. With her crazy workload she could use it.

This is by far one of my fave Pilates studios in OC. Very surprised with recent reviews. Fallon is AMAZING and her classes are by far one of the best in OC. It’s clean and I love the mirrors on the ceiling.
ELITE massage! Cedric did a fantastic job! I've referred my wife, friends and clients. Finally came in myself. Being a strength coach, it's sometimes difficult to find someone who isn't just good with the soft tissue but also has good knowledge about human anatomy. He did a great job on my shoulder - it was very tight and sore from strength training and sports. He is intentional and you can tell he cares a lot and gives quality work. He was still at a high level being the end of the day. Highly recommend if you're looking for actual results with a friendly individual. You won't be disappointed!
This place is amazing. Pilar is a highly knowledgeable herbalist and everyone who works there is so warm and kind. Love getting massages here (Amber is my girl!!!) and they even offer pelvic steaming which I utilized after birth. I just always leave here feeling so good.
Great massage! If your looking for body work that is more sport/ physical therapy -like Kareem is your guy! Super knowledgeable and knows how to work with any healing injury. I have been having tension headaches and he worked on my neck and released a lot. He is also very strong for anyone who needs a heavier pressure. Super easy to book and reschedule if needed!

Need a Massage Therapist? I did! I was referred to Ken by my pain management doctor. I have been seeing him twice a week now for over 2 years. Ken greets you with a smile and offers a warm, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. He has a thorough knowledge of Anatomy and when he hits a sore spot he can tell you exactly what it is, and how with easy to do exercises can help you ease the pain. If you open your eyes, you may see Ken with his eyes closed in a trance just feeling for your hot spots and wiping them out. He now offers Stretch therapy as well. He is a big guy, with strong hands, but is extremely gentle and effective. Ken and I laugh a lot, he has a great sense of humor, and I enjoy our visits. He is kind enough to play your favorite music during your massage or he will provide you with his favorites. I not only found a great therapist, but I found a friend who cares, is kind, and someone I know I can always rely on for a great massage and a valued friendship!
Sue is the real deal! i've had a pinched nerve in my neck for 24 years since my first pregnancy. I've gone to multiple different healers and modalities for help.In just one two hour session Sue un-pinched my nerve and gave me relief from pain I had been experiencing for over two decades. Of course after that I've gone to her biweekly with every Akin well I've ever experienced and repeatedly she has helped change my life To live more pain-free.

I was referred over to Ying by a friend almost 2 years ago, and I haven’t stopped going since. Ying is absolutely incredible. I have referred her over to numerous friends and family members and we can’t get enough of her. Her therapy treatment is one of a kind. She knows exactly what your body needs without saying a word. I used to be a former athlete and am still very active. My monthly sessions with Ying are just what my body needs. Highly recommend!
I so appreciated Maya’s thorough assessment of my issue and her plan to help my body realign its pathways. She has a gentle touch and with small, focused pressure, she taught my body how to let go of old patterns and trust that it could make new ones. I highly recommend working with her.
This place is great! Michelle is wonderful, gives amazing massages. Other reviews state bathrooms are dirty, they are clean and the rooms nice and unkept. Never seen any bugs. Staff is wonderful.
Everyone on staff is chill. I have been seeing this facility since December and had reasonable results. Much of the success has been the consistent any of seeing the same group of therapists and the awesome record keeping to keep progressing forward. Not going to name favorites, but PTs - Stacey, Sydney Sammy, Paul, and Chris are fantastic! I know I missed a name or two...sorry. Every PT has been the right amount of push and I can't say that any have ever not met my expectations. These are the go to guys for PT.
Where to start? I had bone on bone vertebrae (the other doctors said, I needed surgery) in 2011, I'd surfed for 34 years at that time and built surfboards for 25. A coworker kept hounding me to see Dr G, but I'd seen every "backquack" from Santa Cruz to San Diego. On the verge of being disabled I made an appointment. I brought my MRI (he laugged), and he said, we'll have you out of here in three visits. It took two, and I was laminating 16 boards a day, paddling outriggers, spearfishing and surfing. With his method of treatment and exercise I've never had to take a day off for my back. I moved up north for eight years, had some joint issues other doctors couldn't resolve. I relocated back to Orange county, and went to see him with a C1,C2 accute Jefferson fracture, and shoulder pain. Just got out of my 3rd appointment, my neck cracked about 50 times, the interns zapped me with those machines, and I'm fixed. Unless you're terminal this guy will fix you. Updated; I'll expound on my review by bringing attention to Mike Peck, Dr Mark, and Dr Andrew. All who also are incredible at their jobs, and have helped me. The entire clinic is impressive.
In November 2023 my doctor referred me to this clinic for pain in the lower part of the hip and it was the best thing that could have happened to me, I had had that pain for a long time, I could say perhaps many years and I finally managed to get here where they removed the pain and the best thing is that they taught me how to strengthen my core. I went to rehabilitation 12 times in a month and now I continue doing my exercises at home and I can say that thanks to them I recovered the mobility of my hip that I had not realized I had lost, for thinking: oh yes it is pain due to age (50 years old) and no, age does not have much to do with it, it is more our lifestyle that can lead us to these problems, we must go to the doctor and specialists to treat us, thank you guys from California Rehabilitation & Sport Therapy for the great help and attention they gave me. I feel much better ??????

I have always been on the skeptical side of acupuncture but after my chiropractor recommended it, I knew the only person I would go to - Sabrina Taj-Taj. Her relaxed and positive demeanor released any tension I had upon entering. She explained every movement and action so that I fully understood the effects and results. I wouldn't leave without scheduling my next appointment. One day later and I am already feeling relief from years of pain. If you are on the fence, absolutely visit Sabrina!
I received acupuncture & cupping treatment from Dr Susan. She was amazing very thorough & consistently checking with me to assure I was ok. She took her time and my neck & shoulders feel the best they have been in 20 years. I've been to a few other acupuncturist, Dr Susan is very skilled, intuitive & caring. I highly recommend Dr Susan.

I initially began perusing acupuncture after experiencing debilitating knee pain, stiffness and difficulty ambulating, come to find out I experienced a meniscus tear and femoral cartilage damage. I am a physical therapist and knew the steps to take although this didn’t feel sufficient and I wanted to give my body the best chance at recovery, non-operatively. It was my first time with any acupuncturist and I had lots of questions regarding traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, holistic medicine and related information. Lynda was very helpful! I felt listened to, heard, understood and validated. She explained what she was doing on a basic and deeper level as I was able to understand.She performed a variety of techniques including discovering a pattern of liver chi stagnation, Auricular acupuncture, mirroring, using shaking to wake up the body, acupuncture with light movement, heat lamp with infrared, lineaments, encouraged lifestyle and activity modifications! The first notable feeling I experienced after my first session was feeling clear minded. I also tend to have vivid dreams after acupuncture. I felt relaxed enough to fall asleep during sessions, come to find out this can be a good sign of your nervous system ramping down the fight/flight response to feel comfortable enough to fall asleep. There are also lymphatic system benefits which was very important for my case since I had swelling in the knee which did help! I had about 8 visits over the course of about 1-2 months and by the time we concluded with the acupuncture visits (which would have put me at 5-6 months after my initial knee flare up), I was feeling great, in fact more confident and rested. I progressively began returning to my regular activities of surfing, rock climbing, mountain biking and eventually skiing!I would recommend Lynda to my friends, family and even to the patients I treat who might be struggling in various areas of their life/health especially where western medicine is lacking. If your insurance is not accepted, I still recommend paying out of pocket. Please don’t put off your health or let things build up into a chronic problem.

I am so thankful I found Eden & Anthony. They are so thorough, knowledgeable and want to treat you holistically. I went in the first time living with constant neck, leg and hip pain and overweight to pain free, and loosing weight without effort. They address your diet, your posture, and want to get to the bottom of your issue and start there. If you are thinking about going, I would say to try. It’s a very comfortable, safe and private environment.
Words ain't enough to express my appreciation to Dr Woo and Llyod for treating my frozen shoulder with acupuncture and cupping. My range of motion deteriorated from going to two different physical therapy offices. But it improved visibly within a couple days after my first visit to Dr Woo. Today, on Labor Day, Dr Woo added cupping in addition to acupuncture to my treatment and I can now raise my injured arm almost as high as my good arm horizontally. Dr Woo's skills are beyond amazing. The simple exercises he showed me are also very effective. I highly recommend this office and I only wish I found them sooner! For reference, I am about 4 months 1 week into my frozen shoulder journey from the point of my injury that caused it.
Dr. Lina Zhan is an amazing person and a wonderful acupuncturist. I'm so grateful that I got to be treated by her. She really knows so much. She is a huge part of my recovery from anxiety and PTSD. The massage therapists are amazing too! It is hard to find people you can trust and she is legit!
I've been to a lot of physical therapists for all kinds of injuries over the years, ProSport, and specifically DPT Pham, were very attentive to my needs and progression, and helped me to build a plan to make progress on my injury outside of the clinic. This is not the kind of place where you come in to get a massage and sent on your way - they give you homework on how to make your injury better, and provide progressions week to week as your symptoms improve. If you want quality physical therapy tailored to the concept of actually making things better over time and not just short term relief of symptoms, ProSport is a great choice. And I cannot recommend Pham highly enough!
